The entire experience from start to finish was professional. C2 Roofing completed our project surpassing our expectations. The work included not just roofing, but storm damage to windows, window screens, siding, skylights, guttering, and personal property. They kept us updated on the project with clear and complete communications and dealt with our insurance requiring very little assistance from us. We were quite comfortable with all the craftsmen and the quality of the work was outstanding.

Jacob with C2 Roofing was subcontracted by our solar company, to remove our solar panels for our roof replacement. After 6+ months of frustration with our solar company, Jacob came into the picture and we were not happy, we had lost hope that our panels would be removed at all.

Jacob reached out to let us know he would be taking care of our panel needs for this project. The poor gentleman had to hear our frustrations and dealt with our apprehension through the whole panel removal and reinstall process.

There are many things that stand out with how Jacob and his company handled our situation. He could have easily brushed us off, completed his tasks and moved on. C-2 Roofing Company were for me. a "GOLD STAR" company to work with! Their workmen were accomplished at all stages of my solar panel removal and replacement after new roof was completed. The work was all done with precision and planning plus highly qualified workmen. The staff were also excellent to work with my insurance company and explaining to me the process of payments I would receive. At every step of the process, they were available to answer any questions even helping me with computer signing of my contract with C-2 Roofing Company. C2 came out to fix a leak caused by our solar installers. Jacob took care of us very quickly with an inspection, roof repair, and painter to fix interior damage. We were able to get all of this done in one week!
I also liked that Jacob was excellent about updating us through the entire process. I'll definitely be giving them a call for any future work we need!
