C2 Operations

C2 Operations is a GREAT company. A roof tune-up is an outstanding thing to do and adds life to your roof. The cost of the service was nice as well. They did an inspection and did not “upsell” me on other things for “possible work” and such. They are 5 star all the way.

We've used C2 for repairs over the years and we've always had fantastic experiences. Great work, very fair price, and great communication. We'll need to get the roof replaced one of these days and we'll use C2

I’m so happy I found C2 Operations for my projects. This is the type of building company you want to work with! They quickly provided a reasonable estimate and were extremely responsive to my many questions as the project moved forward. I replaced the majority of windows in my home as well as all of my siding. Additionally, some of the windows in my home had been replaced previously by another company and had not been installed correctly. They fixed all the problems I had discussed with them regarding those windows and also corrected a few other minor issues that they found during the installation, at no additional cost to me. They provided great oversight, updates and had great overall communication leading up to and during the process. I will definitely be coming back to them for any future projects.

C2 fixed metal siding that came off of our house with high winds. I used their online form to request service, and received a quote within 24 hours. The work was performed within 2 weeks of receiving the quote, and work was done well. Price was very reasonable.

They were very responsive, came out and gave me a very competitive quote for a new sliding glass door, did a second measurement to make sure it was all correct. On install day, the team was right on time and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with C2’s work and professionalism, and will definitely work with them again!

C2 installed beautiful front and back doors on our 20+ yo home. Pricing was in line with others, but I liked their attentiveness and patience in helping me figure out all my options. The install went smoothly, and when a manufacturing issue popped up, they worked with them to fix it. Very happy with their knowledgable crew, who were able to remove our old transoms and rotted wood and install new 8ft doors. A pleasure to work with!

Replaced all of our windows in a single day (20+). We contacted 5 or 6 companies for estimates and for the the quality of the window they install, they were the best price. Also they were the most communicative by far. Hopefully I don't have any major projects needed anytime soon, but if so, I'll call c2 first.

Was looking to replace my gutters and downspouts. Entire Process was smooth and effective right from getting estimates to get the job done.

C2 Operations helped replace our roof as well as siding. During the entire process they were responsive, professional and efficient. Their siding quote in particular came in several hundred dollars less than local competitors quotes. Wouldn’t hesitate ti use them again.

After a recent hail storm, we used C2 Operations for repairs. Multiple contractors proposed replacing siding on the whole house and replacing some windows, when in reality there was minimal damage done. We were not interested in tearing up our house just so a contractor can make a bunch of money off the insurance company. C2 was a breath of fresh air! Jason did a thorough job in measuring and estimating the work to be done. His estimate was specific to the damaged areas. They replaced siding on one elevation of our home (with an almost perfect match which other vendors said wasn't possible) and made two other small fixes to existing siding where hail had made a hole. Their crew (not subcontractors) arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, did a good job cleaning up. We were beyond pleased with the experience and don't hesitate to recommend C2 Operations.

Of the quotes received on our roof, C2 was the only company to go on the roof and assess the situation, provide a variety of replacement options, and provide a thorough description of the issues our roof had. Do not be skeptical of this company's5 star rating. I'm not. I was first introduced to them when I managed a 250+ condominium community in Leesburg. In my 10+ years as a Property Manager it is sometimes difficult to find a company who provides consistent top quality service. This company is one of them. Will be there when they say, will perform the repairs as specified and will follow up. I now manager a large HOA in Sterling. After the most recent hail storm, I knew who I was calling to inspect my community and make any necessary repairs. Will always be my first and last call when it comes to roofing, siding, doors and windows. The only negative, just kidding, there is none.

We were very pleased with C2. They were professional, communicated great and did excellent work at a price we were good with. The crew worked fast, asked questions on our preference and were easy to talk to. We will hire them again for future work. They fixed some gutter issues we had.

C2 was quick to respond to me as well as get the work scheduled. The workmanship is very good. They did carpentry work, caulk and paint replacing some trim with PVC material on our house. Their price was very competitive as well. I recommend C2 for your projects.

C2 Operations did a great job. We got 4 quotes from popular local companies. Their price was the best, their communications were the best, and their work was perfect. We needed trim work done, and they did it perfectly. They helped as a liaison for competitive financing. Only one of other 3 said they did trim, but they never listened to me as they never gave me a quote for trim. The same company said the iffered financing but their roof quote was so much higher than everyone’s we never discussed financing in detail. Hands down, no brainer, go with C2!

C2 Operations did a wonderful job installing a sliding door to our back porch. The process from getting an estimate to the completion of the job was seamless. The time frame they gave us to install the door was sooner than the estimated start date! The door is extremely well made and has improved the look of our home. C2 Operations changed my siding and WOW WOW WOW was I impressed with their work! They did a great job and were quick to rectify any issue I had. The only issue was a few nails I found in my driveway but after we notified the foreman we didn’t have the issue for the rest of the job.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Attached are photos of my ugly old brown siding replaced with beautiful blue siding! I can’t stop staring at it !

Caveat Emptor!

C2 Operations have Google rating of 5.0, which like more consumers I was impressed! However, the quality of workmanship was on par with top notch work, but their customer service follow-up was extremely poor and embarrassing lacking in responsiveness! For instance, during the installation a complete new gutter system on my house, I repeatedly reminded the team lead onsite to be careful working around my many flower beds I located around my house. Well, to make a long story short, during my occasionally walking around my house to monitor the project I noticed debris of old gutter parts, nails, gutter hinges thrown/dropped in several of my flower beds! Some of my flower beds' flowers were stepped on/smashed to the ground. Also, I noticed long metal nails scattered around my house and in my lawn. This concerned me because I have grandkids that enjoys playing on my lawn when they visit.

I brought this to the attention of the C2 Operations' Onsite Team Leader/Supervisor expressing dissatisfaction. Also, once my new gutter system was installed, I emailed C2 Operations' office expressing my dissatisfaction. Well, no one from the customer section called me back. Then I emailed their office again, but this time I "cc" the owner of the company. When he called me on the phone he was expressing to me how tired he was due to work. However, his exhaustion was not caused by my complaint, but he seem like he was blaming me! Frankly speaking, the owner's deflection was shameful and showed a lack of accountability.

C2 Operations' owner said he would give me a gift card to cover for the damaged/destroyed flowers. During this conversation the owner asked me if the flowers were perennial and if so they would grow back the following year. I found his comments insulting and condescending to say the less! The owner mentioned his work crew always clean up any debris/trash. This was totally untrue.

In summary, I never received the gift card for the damaged/destroyed flowers, and no one came back to remove the metal nails from my lawns and gutter's debris.

C2 Operations is a top notch business. Professional, reliable and trustworthy. I have contracted with them twice. First to replace my entire roof and secondly for exterior siding repairs. They did an exemplary job in record time on both occasions for a fair price. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service and work! My wife and I had to replace a portrait style window in our master bath due to failure in the old window. The date was set back a couple times, but this was of no fault to the company or workers as it was during winter and snow storms affected the scheduling. Overall, the communication, professionalism, and work put into the window left us very satisfied and would utilize the services again if needed!

C2 is a well run, trustworthy and dependable locally owned construction business that offers fair prices for reputable work. They installed a new basement sliding glass door that even required a little custom rebuild to update the older design. They will set an appt to inspect/quote, they send follow up online pricing that once you approve they will collect 50% order materials and set install appointment. They keep you informed and complete the job in good order.

Great service, fast and efficient! I had an unexpected leak, no idea how or when it started! C2 Operations came out immediately to inspect, provided a quote, ordered parts and repaired within 2 weeks! The price was reasonable as well! I will definitely use them again if needed!

Update September 2023 - C2 installed aluminum capping/trim over some of our exterior wood and the team of Nahum and Niki did an outstanding job expertly measuring and installing all of the trim sections. Jason Golightly was extremely helpful and thorough in his assessment of our home and preparing the work estimate. The colors ordered were a perfect match! We will continue to use and recommend C2 in the future!

As a first time home buyer, going through the process of ordering new exterior doors and gutters can be a bit overwhelming. The entire team at C2 Operations was truly outstanding and made the process simple and easy. From our initial estimate meeting with Mr. Rick Roberts, we were very impressed with the company. The C2 Team first assisted with the removal of our old gutters as we coordinated with our painter to paint and repair the wood behind our old gutters before the new gutters were installed. When the installation crew of Mario and Tomas arrived to install the new gutters, they both were very detailed and truly outstanding. The color selected by Mr. Rick Roberts matched the exterior paint/siding of our home perfectly. Mario & Tomas were wonderful with their efforts installing our new gutters - they are perfect.

We also had three doors installed with C2 Operations and the installation team of Mr. Cho, Abraham (and his wife) and Irving did an excellent job. All 3 of our doors look beautiful and come with warranties from the Provia manufacturer. Doug oversaw part of the installation for the doors and Steve Daniels for the other part. Doug, Steve and Randy from the Productions Department were very helpful and even arranged with Ms. April Parker, to have some extra touch up paint for the doors and some extra felt pads mailed after the installation was completed. They provided oversight of the installation process and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you again to the entire C2 Team, we will absolutely reach out to them for any future needs!!

I've had my roof, soffits, gutters, and trim replaced by C2 Operations. They show up on time, get the work done, and do a good job cleaning up afterwards. The roof was replaced 5 years ago and I've had no issues with it. The rest of the work was done a couple weeks ago and looks great!

Update: I just had them replace some trim around the house, and they did a great job! The rest of their work still looks great after about 9 years.

This was the second time I used C2 for a repair to my house. I had an issue with my gutters; the knowledgeable staff helped define and implement a solution. Cannot recommend them enough!
