Rob and his crew did a great job on my roof! My attic was experiencing super heating with temperatures in my attic causing very high and uncomfortable heat inside my home. After restoration and the added new vents I now have a "cool" roof and the temperatures in my attic are at or below outside temps. Looking forward to my AC not having to run all day this summer!

Finally a professional company with good pricing! I use them for them for everything from small leak repairs to whole roof replacement.

C & R introduced us to SPF spray polyurethane foam, silicone coatings, and installation methods during their first visit to St.Patrick in Rochelle. They brought Sherwin-Williams technical literature and physical samples. Rob and Tim inspected the roof and sub-structure several times and submitted detailed estimates. Tim took us to a local roof to show, walk and feel the finished installation. SPF around penetrations were especially important. After our selection of this system C&R provided extensive information to the Rockford diocese which approved the contract. A complete tear off of two previous roofs were necessary. The crews were attentive to installation detail and protecting the grounds. Rob communicated conditions and progress almost daily. Final tests occurred on September 11 and 12, 2022 with 5.5 inches of rain. All areas of the building were dry.

They have been there me when was having trouble with my roof and it wasn't your usual fix. They were able to recommend several options that the cost was acceptable. No one would tackle the job. But Rob did.
