Richard and James did a great job on our commercial lot! They sealed it in the dark with lights because it was so hot and were super clean. They didn't get sealer on anything! Quite amazing. Definitely highly recommended.

The work that old Sealcoating does is second to none. Rich was very detailed in what had to be done and it was done like I expected an excellent job to be done. Keep it up.

My 5 year old asphalt drive has some settling issues. Rick came out and I showed him a rather large crack as well as some smaller ones along the outer edge. I got a bag of cold patch and they filled in the big crack for me...much faster than it would have taken me! Looks much better now!

Seal coating done with care! I came home while my driveway was just about to be coated and saw the most beautiful work. Trimmed grass around edge and cracks filled. When he was done, I was shocked by how new my driveway looked. I have seen other peoples driveways in my neighborhood (sealed by some other company), and mine is so much better than theirs. BIG difference. HUGE! I hope my neighbors drive by and look at my new digs with pure jealousy. Cuz my house looks better than yours now with brand new looking asphalt. Topping it all off…just an all around really nice guy wanting to make sure it’s done right and with pride. Look at the pic…super crisp!
