C&N did a fabulous job on our driveway. We had a driveway that had sunk in our carport and the rest of it had seen better days. C&N came in and gave us a widened driveway along with an extra pad to the side of the carport. Their crew was extremely efficient, punctual and kept a clean work area. Highly recommend C&N.

I’ve used Cesario @ C&N construction for projects at my home including a back patio, firepit and they just finished my front walkway in beautiful flagstone. I’ve been using them now for 14 years and they are the very best and wonderful to work with. The quality of the work is undeniable.

We were really impressed with the C&N team that worked on our project. We’ve had several construction projects at our house, and C&N was the most efficient and professional group we have ever worked with. The amount of work they got done in a week’s time and the quality of the work were really impressive.

C&N did our driveway last year. It was beautiful. We got lots of complements. I have had concrete work done before, and we were given instructions to spray it to help in the curing process. I was never given these instructions. Unfortunately after 6 months there were two cracks on the pathway leading up the house. I'm not sure if these cracks could have been avoided. I have reported these cracks to C&N approximately a month ago. I included a picture of the crack and will include a picture of the crack, if they can fix it.

C & N recently did some patio work for us and I could not be happier with the results. Our existing patio was not installed properly and the stone pavers were weathering badly. C & N removed the existing patio pavers, installed a concrete slab, cleaned the existing pavers to a like new condition, replaced the pavers, then installed a patio addition that matched our existing patio. They also built a retaining wall in our back yard and around part of the patio. The work they did is top-notch. Cesario is so pleasant to deal with, from the time he gave the estimate to the updates he provided during the project. Jack was also very responsive when I had questions or providing me with weather related delays or information related to the stone I had ordered. The crew was very respectful and always cleaned up nicely before leaving each day. I had received several estimates for this project that varied quite a bit in price. While they were not the cheapest estimate I received, I felt Cesario was very genuine and the most knowledgeable when it came to providing solutions to my existing patio situation. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and went with C & N Construction. I highly recommend this company.

Quality and Integrity

Having used C&N Construction LLC for a residential hardscaping project in March 2023, I recommend the Company without reservation. The quality of its work and its treatment of me exceeded my expectations.

The project challenged everyone by my having to use two different contractors to expand a front porch—C&N to install the expanded porch’s floor and another contractor to expand the roof over the new porch’s floor. C&N patiently and professionally coordinated with me and the other contractor, even though I had to delay C&N’s work many months until I could find the appropriate other contractor.

Also replacing my driveway, C&N noticed a gutter downspout on my house had been discharging rainwater directly toward my existing driveway. Rather than risk having the situation damage my new driveway, C&N redirected the downspout into extended piping which it buried underground safely away from the driveway. A less conscientious contractor would have not noticed or remedied the potential damage to a beautiful new driveway.

I highly recommend C&N to other consumers who need hardscaping services.

Carlos and his crew did an excellent, outstanding renovation job on my basement. Water damaged panels were removed from walls and ceilling then these areas were professionally patched and reinforced with cement and later painted white. Now I have a large bright waterproof basement, thanks to Carlos and his team.

C&N replaced 2 car concrete driveway for me yesterday. Performance was outstanding - accurate, complete, timely work at market rate. Demolition, framing, 3 buried downspout drain pipes, ground prep, rebar, concrete pour, finish and sealing professionally executed. Cesario is knowledgeable and easy to work with and he solved troubling grading problem.

They re-did a concrete step that has now lasted 3+ winters (various other repairs never lasted), and did some internal masonry for us that has also stood up well. We will be using them for or next job (a patio) without hesitation since they did did a nice job on our neighbor's patio/porch.

I will recommend C&N Construction to all my friends and family. I recently contracted C&N Construction to remodel my basement. It was a major project and before meeting Cesario, the owner, I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to start the work. I met with a few local contractors but Cesario was the one that made me feel the most comfortable. He knew what he was talking about and even gave me a few ideas to make it perfect for us. During the contracting phase, Sandra was always responsive to my questions either by phone or email. I'm very happy with C&N Construction and I will use them for all my future projects!
