C & M Construction & Roofing

We are in the process of selling our house and our garage trusses were flagged by our buyer's inspector as possibly needing attention. I contacted C&M Construction & Roofing (Mark) and he said he'd be able to come out that day, if not the next to take a look. I texted him my address, but he never showed up. I even checked in with him the next morning to see confirm he was going to be able to make it out and he never responded. I would have appreciated him at least letting me know that he was no longer able to make it out so that I wasn't scrambling last minute trying to find another contractor by the deadline I was under. Ghosting customers isn't a good practice.

From the car that I made to the company to the end of the job was less than 48 hours very impressed. Highly recommended. I will send them more customers.

Mark was able to replace a few shingles on my roof that were missing - he was very communicative, offered a fair price and did it in a very timely manner. I will be using his services again.
