Norberto D’Elia and his team at CDesigns, Inc. are GREAT! CDesigns did a major renovation at my 1906 DC Rowhouse in 2020. Norberto guided us smoothly through the entire process, from concept and design to permitting and construction. The project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. A friend introduced me to Norberto. One of the best hook-ups ever. His attention to quality and detail is amazing. I highly recommend CDesigns, Inc. to you and would be glad to tell you more. In addition to outside trim painting, Norberto also replaced two flat roofs, and reconstructed the outside drainage system. All employees showed up on time, followed COVID-19 precautions, and cleaned up at the end of each workday. All the work performed was of top quality, and Norberto kept us well informed as the job proceeded. We rate this company worth 5 stars without hesitation.

I use C Designs Inc. for all my needs as they are hassle-free and get the job done beautifully and quickly.
I contacted C Designs to upgrade my outdated kitchen and bathrooms to be able to sell my house. We had a very short time to get the job done for the house to be sold. I had an idea of what I wanted to be done, but after speaking with Mr. D'Elia I realized that he knew exactly how to get this done in a timely manner at a cost that wouldn't eat into my profit from the sale. I let his creative skills have control of the project and it turned out nicer than I had imagined. The upgrades were so beautiful I almost didn't want to sell the house afterwards. With him and his teams professional work ethic and expertise my home sold on the first opened house for a much higher price than I had anticipated.

Norberto D'elia came with high praise from a neighbor who had used his company for an extensive home renovation and addition and he exceeded our expectations. We have a very old farmhouse and C Designs Inc added two stories on the back, a spiral staircase and a large roof deck. His crews were pleasant to have around and did a great job with everything including preserving a beloved fig tree that is right against the new addition. Norberto was here overseeing the work every day. He has a good eye and strives for perfection. We are very happy with this company and have recommended them to several friends.

We contacted C Designs to re-fresh the outside of our home in Bethesda. The house had still the old siding , entrance door and appearance from the 50’s when the house was built!
C Designs replaced the siding with hardy plank siding , replaced the entrance door and repositioned the swimming pool filter and pump by redirecting and concealing the piping.
All the team in C Designs, from the manager
Mr. D’Elia, the plumber, the electrician and all the other personnel where extremely competent and professional. They are very attentive to detail and listen to the customer . Nothing is left unattended .
Excellent results !
