We had a small leak from a broken tile (tree branch fell on when tree company was pruning a tree). CCL came recommended by tree company. The entire experience was great from scheduling and the crew coming out and fixing the broken tiles. Great communication. Roofing is not cheap but they did good work and the price was as they estimated - which I deemed fair. Would totally use them again and also recommend to my friends.

You installed both apartment buildinng roofs, inlcidng tile at. Carouoso. You know how to care for them, so confident when i ask for maintenance.

I have a tile roof. They have done a couple of jobs, one major (making valleys for better water runoff) and the other minor. They were on time, did great work and cleaned up nicely after every job. Very professional.

CC&L Roofing has been great to work with, I’ve been a customer for several years. As a homeowner with an older concrete tile roof, I have limited vendors in the area. Many of the other roofing companies have told me to replace the roof entirely, but CC&L has worked with me to maintain my roof and repair broken tiles, which is especially challenging since the tiles for my roof are no longer made. They’ve gone above and beyond to find similar tiles and move tiles from parts of the roof that couldn’t be seen so that visible areas in the front look good. There was one service call where the technician didn’t have the right part, so he came back on a Sunday to finish the work - and all of this was without additional service charges. I would highly recommend CC&L to any homeowners with tile roofs!

I own two 1970s properties, both with a cement tile roof. I have worked with CC&L since 2019 and they have taken care of routine insections, and repairs small and large, including damage repair after a very large Douglas Fir crashed through the roof of our personal residence.

CC&L are a family owned business, and have always demonstrated a concern for their customers, and they have safeguarded their reputation by safeguarding their customers. Although they are always in high demand they make every effort to be responsive, and create detailed plans after inspecting the roof, and take the time to explain the plan and costs thoroughly. Where there have been unknowns, they have identified them, and they have adjusted their billings downward where they felt they had been over-cautious.

We have enjoyed interacting with all CC&L employees who are well trained, timely, competent, good folk who respect your property and keep a clean and tidy jobsite. CC&L are serious about quality, and they even chose to rework one job without reference to me as they felt there was a better way to execute the job than first planned.

I feel confident in CC&L and enjoy working with them, and believe the provide great value for money. I do not hesitate to recommend them to you.

I had a leak in my garage roof that had very old aluminum shingles. These shingles are normally bullet proof but a large branch from a nearby tree fell on the garage and loosened the shingles. CC&L fixed the shingles in an afternoon. They cleaned the shingles with a power washer, and then applied a special sealant paint. No leaking now!

The bid listed details of work's scope. The job was done on time and done right on my tile roof. There is no leak since the repair was done.

This review comprises our experience with CC&L over the past 9 years. In it I want to convey that CC&L is not only a good contractor to work with but also a contractor that stands behind their work and does the right thing.

In 2015, we purchased a 1962 mid-century modern home. It had just been renovated and included a new flat PVC membrane roof installed by CC&L. Early on, we experienced issues with a skylight that was supplied by the general contractor and installed by CC&L. The skylight seal had failed and was leaking. Jeff Carter (no longer with CC&L) worked directly with the manufacturer to supply a replacement which CC&L installed. Jeff and, CC&L in general, was great to work with to resolve the issue.

In 2021, the same skylight developed hairline cracks in the dome (not due to any impacts). CC&L (Jeff Carter again) came out to inspect the skylight. CC&L contacted the manufacturer who indicated the skylight only had a 5-year warranty however CC&L argued that the skylight was failing right at the end of the warranty period which didn’t seem right. The supplier agreed and provided a warranty replacement and CC&L installed under warranty. Kudos to CC&L for going the extra mile to advocate for us.

In January 2024, a wind and ice storm caused a tree to extensively damage our roof such that it required complete replacement. We called CC&L to mitigate water leaking into the house and they came out the next morning to clear debris and tarp / patch the leaks.

Based upon our positive past experiences working with CC&L, we hired them to install our new roof in the summer of 2024. Jeremy Kelly was the foreman in charge of the new roof installation. We had a few design improvements that we wanted to implement, and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful in working out the details.

The whole crew (Jeremy, Anthony, Justin, John, Atlas, and Sean) was great. A special recognition goes to both Jeremy Kelly and his son, Anthony Kelly. Jeremy strives for perfection and he and Anthony both are skilled craftsmen. Their quality workmanship and attention to detail is beyond reproach. They are also good guys and great with customer relations.

Jamie, Milissa, Matt, and Mike in the office were all very responsive and helpful during the planning, execution, and closeout of the project. They were helpful and informative during the planning stages, they were communicative and there were no surprises along the way, and at the end of the project I was not disappointed.

PVC membrane flat roofs are complex systems - much more so that I realized until I observed the installation from start to finish. If you are in the market for a flat roof, I highly recommend hiring CC&L.

As an aside, our neighbor across the street, complimented CC&L while they were here. She said that she had a tile roof on her previous home and that CC&L was awesome. She was effusive with her compliments of CC&L.

We have had excellent experiences with CC&L Roofing. We have concrete tile that has not been made for many years. We had to remove a solar panel for hot water heater. They went up above and beyond finding tile was as close as could be found and move tile from parts of the roof that couldn’t be seen, and put the newer tile there so that the front of the house looked correct. I would not go anywhere else but CC&L roofing.

I used CC&L roofing twice - once to fix a leak (that no one else could find) in a valley and later when I was finally able to afford to reroof the house. They were great. Very responsive, explained my numerous questions throughout the process and showed up when they said they would. Did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!

We have a concrete tile roof on our home, and CC&L roofing opened the valleys and added new flashing. They also added flashing around the roof where sheathing meets the fascia bords, to provide better protection from water pooling.

CC&L have years of experience and we were pleased with the work they did for us. We can recommend them for anyone needing roofing tile work.

Although the scheduling was way off, it was worth it. Had an unusual rooftop garden and they did a careful and professional job. They aren't cheap, but I would use them again in order to obtain quality work.

CC&L are well known for there quality of workmanship, but I later found out that their management lacks integrity. When I decided to replace my cedar shingle roof, I did a lot of research, and discovered that Canada has the best. In 2021, I hired CC&L to do the removal and replacement, and they agreed to allow me to purchase the cedar shingles from a manufacture in Canada, which I would like to note that CC&L added a markup, which is normal. In the proposal, I had my 400 sq. ft. detached garage excluded from their bid, I'm pretty handy, and I thought that I could do it myself. I soon discovered that it's not as easy as it looks and quickly had them do an add-on to the estimate, which was an additional, $6,000.00. Halfway through the project, their foreman, Jeff noticed that they had mistakenly matched the old roof's 4.5" exposure, and in order to finish the house they had to use up the garage's portion. The bid was for a 5.5" exposure, and their mistake cost me an additional $7,500.00 for more shingles. Wait, it gets better. Due to a moratorium on harvesting cedar trees in Canada, I had to wait two years to purchase more shingles. It gets even better, CC&L's new estimate is now $10,938.00 for them to install their mistake.

Here we go again with the lack of morals and integrity from CC&L's owner! Her response and characterization of me being angry and unreasonable is not only offensive, it is deceptive.

Here are the facts.

The roof was completed on June 24th, 2021. 3 years not 5 years.

I was told by CC&L that the roof's exposer was 5 1/2 not 4 1/2.

Due to the moratorium, I waited two years for more shingles, and I paid them three times to tarp the garage, once in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

When the roof was completed I tipped each for the 3 crew members $500.00 cash for a job well done. They were exceptional!

CC&L roofing did an amazing job installing our concrete tile roof - true craftsmanship with detailed work and a special attention to detail. Could not be happier - thank you!

We needed a repair on a 35 year old tile roof which was really not designed to let the rain flow! Jeremy and Anthony came on and worked until they completely sealed, secured and directed the flow of water to drain the way it should have... In other words, they took a 3 valley convergence and made it work. We would hire them again in an instant!!

Despite a shaky start, the company responded well to our tile roof repair needs. The father/son team of J and A were assigned to our project and went above and beyond our expectations in completing an excellent repair superior to the original installation. We are very apprecitive.

CC&L recently came out to do an inspection on a building we do not own. This was very helpful considering the owner was slow to move on investigation of a leak. The employee that visited was courteous, prepared, knowledgeable, and professional. We received a very professional inspection report on what the potential issues could be and how best to potentially solve the leak issues we were having. Thank you, CC&L!!!

We've got a "fifty year" tile roof that was installed almost exactly 50 years sgo. We've maintained it with a lot of help from CC&L, and expect that it'll last for another 25. This time, they came out to power wash and replace some broken tiles, but also discovered and repaired areas of the roof that had begun to fail. I think CC&L is superior to whatever company did the original work, as they have discovered and remedied some errors and shortcuts, always with clear communication of their process.

were careful not damage our plants (or Wesley, our cat)
and recycled whatever material they could.
The CC&L office--Mike, Melissa, Matt and Ken—were fair and efficient. The install crew—Jeremy, Sam and Brian—did excellent, artistic work. Jeremy said the new roof had to be “perfect.”
And it is! Neighbors comment on how nice the new roof is.

Was very disappointed in C C & L's customer service! We have been on a long search for vintage replacement tiles for a roof repair and contacted this company to see if they have any of the tiles. They abruptly told us to call somebody else--that they are in Oregon and don't ship. I am assuming that they were too lazy to find out for us if they have any of the tiles or not. We are well-aware they are in Oregon--we contacted them! I'm wondering how a company this disinterested in customers stays in business at all. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if we had done business with them. I certainly DO NOT recommend them for anything.

Shawn Cornwell (Owners son) was my project manager. They did a great job at repairing extensive water damage. Shawn was incredibly responsive and consulted with me regularly as we discovered and repaired what needed to be done. They did what they needed to do and nothing more saving me money and time. I appreciate the work, but even more, how I was kept involved with the entire process. The price was fair, not great but not outrageous. You get what you pay for and I am very satisfied how the entire project went.

CC&L completed a fantastic job on my gazebo’s roof. Harvey and his colleague used expertise and artistry in the work. It was just as I had envisioned…only better! Harvey addressed each of my concerns patiently and to my satisfaction. He and his crew were on time every day, and I might add in some miserable cold rainy conditions. They perservered on the steep pitched octagonal roof working through the rain.I couldn’t be happier. My hat is off to Harvey and his crew. I did research on roofing companies...there are many choices...I wanted a long standing business with a history of value & quality...not a subcontracted job...I decided on CC&L after several bids from local roofing companies...all of them used subs. The Crew that came to my remote location worked like a team to give top quality at a competitive price, I was a contractor, I know what you get if you take he cheapest bid...they were affordable, the job is excellent & I would use there services again without hesitation....side note this review was my idea...thank you CC&L my family will be warm & dry for a long time.

We've had CC&L taking care of our tile roof for more than 20 years now and they've always performed a thorough, professional job. Despite a large Douglas fir tree dumping a lot of material on the roof they get it all taken care of and clean up well afterwards too. When we re-roofed about 10 years ago they took care of that and we've had zero leaks or other issues since. We're extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to others.

C C & L Roofing replaced & widened almost a dozen valleys on our original 1994 tile roof. Keith & his team were punctual & professional. C C & L has integrity; they assessed our actual needs rather than selling us unnecessary work that two other roofing companies were eager to bid. CC & L does precise & detailed work, they were careful to move existing tile while installing wider aluminum valleys. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Our roof now drains properly. C C & L has a waiting list for future work for a reason, they do quality work with extremely fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic helpful people! They made extra effort to help me as quickly as they could. Price was very fair, and the repair work they did can't be seen unless you are on the roof looking extremely closely.

CC&L Roofing repaired my Monier-tiled roof as part of my home purchase agreement. The crew of two, Bill and John, arrived on time and worked skillfully together. There were no surprise additional charges at the end of the job. A year later, I had to schedule another repair not associated with the initial repair and once again Bill and John troubleshot the issue and immediately solved the problem. I wish CC&L would have installed the original roof tiles as that would have eliminated both the inconvenience and the cost of repair later on. The crew at CC&L did a great job. They started 1st thing each morning and worked hard each day they were at our home. The crew was great at answering all of our questions on keeping our new roof in good condition. They were also really nice guys. Our only semi negative comment was that the clean up was not very good.
