There were 3 salespeople behind the counter. They were busy in their conversation and lackluster in their help. We got conflicting information about the product we needed, and felt unwelcomed. We went to Ace Hardware and ended up spending almost $50.00. Okay. I am editing this review because I was in retail for MANY years, and I feel I didn't go through the proper channels to fix my problem, i was just being very protective of my husband walking in pain and not getting help. The biggest part of going from a 1 to a 5 review is the owner, Sam. He contacted me personally, truly concerned. I am sure this is a learning experience for us all. Thank you, Sam. America was built on people like you.

I shop with Burney True Value Hardware often and they are great in every way. I am so happy we have them in Seven Lakes.

I purchased a Weber Spirit E-210 Propane Gas Grill at Burney True Value Seven Lakes Hardware. I saved over $55 compared to other nearby Weber dealers, and also had a GREAT overall experience, thanks to the following store personnel:

GARY: located the item in the store, and also helped me select the accessories I wanted

KACIE and LAURA: provided excellent customer service throughout the checkout process, and also when I returned some parts for a refund

ETHAN: was pleasant and efficient while delivering the new grill to our residence, and he also took away the old one

Store Manager SAM: quickly approved a refund for previously purchased new parts for the old grille that I no longer needed

A TRUE team effort by all, thank you very much!

Rhonda transferred a boat registration for me as well as got me my fishing license. She was very personable, nice, and genuine. She also let me know that a 3 year registration is $130 and a 1 year is $90. In the past, I have only been renewing for 1 year so she saved me $140! Thanks Burney's for employing great people!

Very poor service. Couldn't get anyone to help me after the young lady at the front called for help. After waiting 15 minutes. And two employees walked right out of the restroom behind me and never asked if I needed help. An older lady that works there was very rude and offered no help. I don't plan on returning.

Sam & the employees go over and above to help you. If they don’t have it they can get it. It is the family hometown hardware store that I remember as a kid when people took the time to help you and get to know you by name.

They have a good selection. More importantly, you will receive the best customer service you have ever seen. They truly go above and beyond,

Quality, service, and fair prices......If there was a hardware store in Bedford Falls (It's a Wonderful Life), it would be like Burney's! I had heard friends and neighbors speak highly of Burney's. They were right. They have a unique inventory and are very customer-centric. Large box stores may have better prices (not always), but Burney's has the BEST VALUE!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful I got what I needed and left just like that . I'm very satisfied great job to the staff!

Burney hardware has lots of big nuts and long hoses. A cute kid named Sam works there but I'm pretty sure he's underage.

People that work there know where to find what you need. Love I can go in with list and walk out knowing it is the right stuff even if I have no clue what is on the list
