Burnette Roofing

Craig came out to do an estimate for roof repair, didn't even get on my roof but told me I needed an entire new roof, even though I just got it fully inspected. I've already had a couple companies come out and give me an estimate on the repairs so according to them the repairs can be done no problem. The repairs consist of tacking down a few raised shingles and replacing the flashing and shingles on the back side of my roof. When I told him I did not want to replace the roof, he said "well I'm gonna pass then," and turned around, walked to his truck and left. I was taken aback at the rudeness and shortness of my interaction with him! I understand not wanting to do the job because some people I'm sure don't have the skills to do it.... but what about people skills?? Burnette contracts their roof repairs out to this guy because they only do roof replacements. They may be good at roof replacements but I would not recommend them for repairs if this is the kind of people they send out. I will not be reccomending this company to anyone!

Roofer is great. Goes on the roof and looks around and lets you know if insurance might cover your roof. Helps you with any insurance issues or problems as well. Gets it done in a day at my house. Recommend to anyone I know.

Yesterday, he said he would check the roof and give me an estimation in the morning. Today, he said it cost $300 to come and check it. It would count as a credit for the repair though. Even putting a nail there costs $300. He should have told that yesterday.

The owner, Caleb was extremely helpful in assisting me with dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to explain the things I did not understand. The insurance company, ASI was very difficult to work with to say the least. Caleb took the time to help me and talk to the insurance company when they under estimate the cost of the roof replacement. I highly recommend Burnette Roofing when you need to get the job done right.
