We had a great experience with Burke's roofing. I got a prompt response to my call and Mike came out to evaluate the damage to our roof. We had shingles that had slipped and needed to be nailed back down as well as a leak from the chimney area. Mike provided a reasonable estimate and was able to do the job without us having to wait weeks. He was prompt, punctual, professional, responsive and friendly. I will definitely call them again.

I received a call back, from Tim within 24 hours of leaving a message and I was able to make an appointment for a quote within a week. I can thoroughly recommend Burke’s roofing. They installed a roof for me about 6 years ago after high winds tore a large hole in my previous roof. Did a great job in a timely fashion. Recently we had an enormous storm and had some water come in. It turned out not to be the roof but some sealing around one of the windows. Although it was not their roof causing the problem they still fixed my window without charge.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Burke's Roofing did for us. They came highly recommended and were the lower bid of the two recommended roofing companies. The crew was professional, did perfect work and were pleasant to communicate with. They put tarps on the ground and were meticulous about cleaning up when the job was done. This was especially important to us because we have a dog and didn't want any nails or other materials left on the ground that might have harmed him. We only needed to have a portion of our roof replaced now, but will definitely be calling Burke's again when it's time to do the rest of the roof.

Burke's Roofing did amazing work on my roof. They stripped and replaced all the shingles, edge flashing, and all other flashing around the chimney. The work was excellent. Additionally they removed all old shingles, nails, and other materials in an outstanding manner. When I inspected the work once done, there was some additional attention needed for the gutter screens, caulking for some trim by the chimney, and some depressions caused by the trucks on my lawn. The crew for Burkes Roofing responded fast and made remedy in all these areas. Tim Burke, President of Burke's Roofing, listens to customers, and works hard to ensure complete satisfaction. Re roofed my house and detached garage. Fairly large house with steep roof. Work was done very well in 3 days from start to finish. The crew worked 10 to 12 hour days. Attention to detail was exceptional. The price was fair and the quality excellent. The cleanup was remarkably good, went over the grounds multiple times with magnets and even used Magic Erasers to remove the few little marks on the siding. I would highly recommend this firm for any roofing needs. My son in law and daughter had the same experience with them

Tim Burke and his crew put on a new roof for us, they were very polite, professional, and cleaned up after they were done with the roof. I was very impressed with the job they did approximately 3 plus years ago. We had some heavy winds and found a very small piece of roofing in our yard,. I put off calling them, however when I did Mr.Burke came out the very same day, at the end of his work day, found were the piece came from, replaced it all under the warranty. I am 73 years old and this is the first time any contractor has stood behind his warranty so quickly and really no charge. AMAZING!

Tim Burke is a personable, responsive guy who knows roofs, made an informed evaluation, and gave me a timely and competitive estimate. Tall trees and wires prevented the shingles from being mechanically lifted up to the roof so the crew had to work extra hard carrying them all up their ladders. Hector is a great foreman and, as promised, a beautiful job was done with a thorough clean up at the end of a long day of hard work.

We had our roof replaced by Burke’s Roofing on Saturday and we could not be happier with the results! The roof looks great, they cleaned the gutters and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards! The entire job took less that five hours and Hector even made sure to mark the exact spot to reinstall our DirectTv dish so that we only lost service for about 30 minutes.

I recently had Burke's Roofing replace my roof and was very pleased with the entire process. Tim, the owner is very personable and did an excellent job explaining everything that would be included. The estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up at 8 am on the dot and was done by 4:30.

Burke's is a first-rate professional company. We have had them do 3 roofs for us. Everyone was done perfectly. We couldn't have been more satisfied.
I am writing this review, tho, to tell about something that happened today. We had a leak near our bathroom. A plumber said that it was coming from the vent pipe up on the roof. Although Burke's replaced this roof several years ago, and the problem had nothing to with his work, Mike came out to take a look in 15 minutes, completed the job 15 minutes later and refused to let me pay him. You are not going to find anyone better than that.

I got many quotes from companies around AA and Tim was the lowest quote. His workers did a good job, the whole process was easy. They came out in the Spring as soon as the weather was ok. I rated a 4* for a couple areas they could improve on. 1) The day of the job, they pulled their trucks up and jumped on the roof to start working. I think you should introduce yourself to the homeowner before the work begins. 2) They should have told us to move items off shelves etc., when the pounding started the whole house was shaking and we lost a a glass plate on our mantel, 3) The clean up of nails could be better, I picked up 2-3 dozen of nails after the job was completed.

I got four bids for my roof replacement and went with Burke's Roofing. Tim was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. He knows his products very well, never trying to upsell me. The crew was hard-working and respectful of my property. They cleaned and inspected my grounds three times after the completion. Very thorough with great attention to detail. My roof looks great.

Tim is all about providing excellent customer service. Provided an estimate on roof replacement, and indicated some of the roof was still good, so did not do unnecessary work. Bid was very reasonable. Tim involved himself in something that nothing to do with the roof (critter control), which was extremely helpful. Put in ridge vents to preserve the roof caps, which will increase the longevity of the roof. I recently hired Burke's Roofing to put a new roof on my house and could not be happier with the results. Tim Burke (the owner) came out and personally inspected the roof and gave a quote that was $800 less than the next lowest bid. (Most of the companies I contacted did not even go up on the roof and just bid the job from the ground.) In addition, Tim was exceptionally friendly, polite, and did not apply any pressure to go with his company, unlike some of his competitors. On the day of the job, Hector and the crew arrived on time and did a phenomenal job, finishing the project in about 8 hours! They even installed a new vent in the roof for my bathroom fan free of charge after noticing the vent pipe in the attic going out to the soffit vent was constricted. The crew was polite and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up as well. I strongly recommend Burke's Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

We felt most confident with Burke’s Roofing"s assessment and with the company’s detailed and fair estimate. Our roof presents a difficult and challenging job. It is a very steep roof. Three layers of shingles needed to be removed before the new roof could be put on. A skilled, hardworking, and efficient team of roofers did an outstanding job under the supervision of a leader who communicated with me regularly on site to give me progress reports and explain various procedures used. The team kept an eye on the weather and adjusted their schedule to accommodate several rain interruptions, always keeping me informed and noting that protection of our home and safety of the workers was paramount. Tarping protected all of our shrubbery. Clean up occurred daily and was complete. I never doubted the professionalism, competence, and experience of this company. I was referred to Burke's Roofing and gave them a try. I contacted the office and was called back later that day. We met within the week, which at that time we were able to determine a price, color of shingle, and date for which they would complete the full job. Three weeks later as promised, they completed the job within 3-4 hours with outstanding results. We found approximately 3-5 nails in our yard, which were stuck in odd places. With kids playing in the yard, this was extremely important to my wife and me. The roof looked outstanding and he even repaired a few issues with my eaves draining and fascia for little to no cost. I have dealt with many contractors and I can say that Tim was fair, honest, and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend Burke's Roofing if you need complete replacement or repair. Never had a moment of stress or concern with this job, which is important in our busy lives!

Called the company office on a Wednesday, I was told the manager would call me back today to come look at our roof. They never called me back. Thursday I called once again and finally the owner’s brother come out and looked at our roof and told us he could patch the roof on Sunday and that the owner would be calling me with a price. Sunday comes around and no call no show. Monday I called his cell phone and left a message, Never called me back. Tuesday I called the office yet again and told them no one called and no one showed up. After playing games with this company for 6 days finally someone from the office calls me back and tells me “ we are sorry we do not make repairs to your style of roof”. Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time and money with this company.

Don't bother with Hanson's or any of the other ridiculous roofing companies that are scam-ish. Tim Burke is awesome. He is local. He is thorough. He offers financing through a third party (0% deferred for 1 year). He has an excellent team. He follows up years later with the smallest of questions or adjustments. He will never ask you to be sure your husband can join the meeting. (When you hear that question you know you're working with a 1.5 hour high pressure sales pitch.) Nope. He will come by and simply estimate the work! And then he'll get it done in a day. I so appreciate Burke's roofing, and I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I would recommend Burke Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. We called two other roofing companies and they never responded. Burke Roofing called right away and within a few days had the garage roof of our rental property repaired and entirely reshingled. Although we requested shingles that matched the roof of the house (re-shingled in 2001), he recommended the architectural shingle based on the quality and the likelihood we would be replacing the house shingles in the near future which would then match. They were also much better quality and cost the same (with the company's bulk discount) as the old-style shingles. We really appreciated the direction we received regarding this.
The new roof looks great and also the clean up. We did not notice any debris such as bits of shingles, nails and other trash left behind which has occurred in the past with our other properties.

A side note....once I spoke with Tim Burke on the phone, I realized they had repointed the chimney stack of our primary residence and the workmanship was great then too. Can't beat honest and hardworking.
