Crew arrived at 7:00 AM replacing my roof and at finished 5:00PM. Prior to starting they laid tarps down to protect the lawn and bushes. Also the tarps caught all the roof debris. After completing the new roof. The crew cleaned up the yard. When they left you would not have known my roof had been replaced. This is a company that cares about their customers.

The crew did hard efficient work. The supervisors were quite responsive to my questions and requests. Beautiful roof. They did an excellent job of protecting my shrubs and cleaning up after.

We just had our roof replaced by Burgin Roofing and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Greg walked us through the materials used by Burgin and the timeline for the install. We had follow up calls from the office making us aware when the team would arrive and what to expect. The day before the install the materials were delivered to our house. Burgin supervisors were onsite to ensure they were placed in an area that allowed us access to our garage. The install team did a great job and were led by two outstanding supervisors Taylor and Jonathan. Once the install was completed both Jonathan and Taylor walked with my husband and I to answer questions and address potential issues.

We had to replace our roof due to a completely messed installation from the builder! Burgin roofing not only provided a full proposal on the spot but also had a very competitive quote. The job was done in two days as stated with only one issue. Our hot tub cover had a small hole in it caused by a shingle falling. They responded within an hour of receiving this information. I provided a quote for the replacement and had a check in hand within a week. Our roof was done exactly as they said. Steve Grissom was very knowledgeable and provided the fast and accurate proposal/quote. Taylor Burgin was on the job site almost every time I checked on them. They were very efficient, protective of our house and yard, and reliable. After clean-up was complete, I was amazed to have only found three nails around the entire house and driveway. I would highly recommend this wonderful local and family owned business.

My job was completed ahead of schedule. A experienced crew of workers showed up at 8am and swarmed the roof. They worked hard and were very professional. The job was completed in one day. They replaced all damaged plywood and installed the new base and shingles, and cleaned my yard. I do not think I will have to worry about my roof for a long long time. I am completely satisfied.

From start to finish, very professional. Chris Spry gave an excellent explanation of what to expect. We were guaranteed all new product, given a great warranty and asked to inspect materials on delivery. The crew cleaned up very well after and the day after completion, Chris came and made sure we were pleased before we paid. He ran over the yard with a magnet again and got up on the roof to inspect the final job. Burgin did a great job and the office personnel are friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Chris Spry came to the house, looked the old roof over, then we picked out the roof I wanted after looking at samples. He gave me a price for architectural shingles and for flat shingles. I chose the architectural shingles. It was scheduled for April 30 ,but they had cancellation which I grabbed. They came the next morning, got immediately to work and by that afternoon I had a new roof. I can't say enough compliments about their staff and their work. Everything was cleaned before they left. For decades, I've heard nothing but good things about Burgin Roofing and now it was time for a new roof so I called them. The salesman (Chris) was very professional and friendly and he pointed out some reasons why I had a roof leak on my carport.

My roof replacement was scheduled for a 2 day job, but it ended up taking only 1 day because 2 crews showed up to knock it out. That was an unexpected surprise. They started removing the old shingles at 7am and finished up the new roof by 5pm. From what I can tell from the ground, they did an excellent job, especially spending lots of time cleaning up the old roof and picking up nails. Philippe was the Burgin Project Manager for the job and he came back the next day to perform the finished inspection and take my payment. Thank you for a job well done!!

This is a pewter gray shingle. It is a dark gray which complements the shutters and brick. The staff covered all of my bushes and took the magnet to pick up and nails. They even used their hands to try to find extras. Our roof was 30 years old so the flashing, etc needed updates. We are very pleased ! I wanted to go with a local company so if there are any problems down the line. I can call them. I don’t like the fly by night (storm) roofers

The workmen arrived at the specified time and went to work quickly. They finished late the second day well after dark but did a beautiful job of replacing our roof. They were courteous and cleaned up the debris. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

What a great company! We contracted with Burgin a few weeks ago to replace our roof in November. After Hurricane Helene they came by on Saturday to patch a weak spot and then called us on Monday to reschedule our roof replacement for Tuesday. Burgin Roofing was nothing but professional when replacing the roof at our small vacation home. Their estimate was prompt and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process - even sending update photos. The work was done thoughtfully and with great attention to detail. During my consideration of Burgin Roofing for t he job, I came across a negative review but fortunately my experience could not have been more different. I intend to use them for more projects in the future and highly recommend Burgin to this seeking a reputable roofing company.

Completed replacement roof in a day. Crew was polite and careful not to damage anything. Covered all bushes and plants. They even tarped the yard prior to removing old shingles. The new roof looks great. The clean up was impressive. There was one member of the crew who ran a magnet over our yard about, it seemed, 10 times. There are no old shingles, roofing paper, or plywood debris anywhere. They put everything that was moved back where it was before. One man with a blower cleaned porches,walkways, even windows. He actually followed the trailer with the debris out of the driveway as the truck left.

There was an issue with our upstairs ac not working after the work was done, but Kyle came for the final inspection and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed it in about 2 minutes with no issues. The disconnect on the upstairs air handler has fallen from vibration. He put it back, no problem.

I will add the Burgin worked on our roof to fix a leak about 10 years ago. We expected to need a roof replacement at that time, but Burgins representative, Steve, who looked at it, said it was ok. We only needed a boot and ridge cap. They could have told us differently and we wouldn't have known better. For this reason, when we decided we needed a new roof, we called Burgin. We had actually saved Steve Grissoms card for 10 years.

Highly Unprofessional!! I contacted Burgin for a roof repair. Waited nearly 2 weeks for an evaluation and estimate. Was given this verbally only, which in itself is very odd & unprofessional. I expected at least an email copy. Was told the office would contact me to schedule repair. Crickets....so I phoned Burgin. They claimed estimator hadn't handed in any paperwork. (In this day and age one would think it would be submitted digitally). I saw him type info into what looked like a tablet, which he showed me drone pics and said the office would contact me for repair date. I received NO followup, with my request to have repair done ignored! They ghosted me! I guess it wasn't a big enough moneymaker for them! Incredibly rude, disrespectful and a waste of my time. If they don't have enough crew or only want BIG jobs, then don't schedule appts, but to be treated in this manner is appalling and insulting! I would never recommend this company even if they were the only roofer in SC! Thankfully, they aren't and I've met with other roofers who are respectful, professional and value my time! Burgin missed out, since I've decided to replace my 22yr old roof for peace of mind, rather than simply repair. BTW, Burgin said they don't warranty repairs! Guess they have no faith in their own work! Turnd out I didnt need the repairs they claimed I did. Another roofer pointed out the area Burgin claimed caused my leak, was no where near the leak. The other company discovered the source of the leak related to a nail, ge fixed it in a few minutes at NO charge!! Of course since the Burgin man never walked the roof he couldn't have felt the area in need of the fix! Using only a drone is not a good idea! So thanks for not phoning me Burgin, thus saving me from being ripped off by unnecessary work!

Your estimater ABSOLUTELY said you don't warranty repairs, because you didn't install the roof. Had he given me a business card I could tell you exactly who he was. He was a man who appeared to be in his 50's, wore glasses, about 6ft and wider build, light brown hair. Used a drone. Worked 29212 area. I waited 5 days to hear from your company before leaving this review. I received no courtesy. There is no valid excuse for your office blowing me off, especially after I had already politely reached out. Your reply in inself is very telling, you basically called me a liar by insinuating I mixed your company up with another and that your estimator wouldn't say what he did!! WOW!

Highly recommended. They came out earlier than expected and diagnosed our issue. It turned out that we did not have the roof issue we thought we did. They never attempted to sell us on a unneeded repair. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely call them if we have any actual roof issues in the future.

My new roof looks great. And we had a hard rain yesterday and I did not have to go up to the attic and anxiously look for leaks. Burgin finished my roof in a day and left my yard neat and tidy. They clean up as they go, so they don’t have to rush after the roof is done to get up all of the old shingles. Definitely would recommend.

We are having our roof redone at our condos and our board chose Burgen Roofing because they had heard such great things about them and that they are a very professional group of workers, who I understand have been together for 19 years, and work very, very hard and quickly. At the end of every day they cleaned up and you wouldn’t have known anything had been dropped on the ground or anywhere. They even climbed up to our third floor to blow off debris from window ledges. Their roof workers, the supervisors, the safety specialist all were great, and we are so grateful that we got them to do our roofs. We highly recommend them.

My first contact was with Steve, after a visit to our home he provided me with a detailed quote, answered all of my questions and explained their company history and the scope of the work. I felt comfortable and after receiving other quotes and doing some research, I chose Burgin for my new roof. The crew was exceptional and very polite no loud boom boxes, etc and worked together as a team. Day 2 was rain so Philippe Dancy the project manager put me at ease when he explained they had planned on that and had stopped at the midway point so that nothing was exposed. They returned and finished the worked and thoroughly cleaned up. Philippe returned and did his walk through inspection with me answered all my questions in detail as I don’t know roofing terminology. Philippe was great to work with and kept me informed as to what they were doing, in closing they did a great job and I would highly recommend them, additionally they are a local company and I received my Roofs for troops discount. In closing roofs are not cheap, it the second most expensive item other than your initial purchase. You get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied with my choice.

Had a roof leak. Burgin came out and immediately knew the problem. Set a schedule for the repairs and then came out 6 weeks earlier than planned. I appreciate the attention to rescheduling and the excellent work that was done.

The team worked hard in spite of intermittent rain. James kept me informed of progress and Philippe did a thorough QC check upon completion.

Chris came out to give me an estimate today, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was efficient, honest, and professional. Unlike another company called previously, he showed me a picture of the damage causing the leak and thoroughly explained the details as well as what my options were. My original roofers will be coming later this week, and he recommend I go with them if the roof is still covered under warranty and/or cheaper than what they could do. It is so rare nowadays to find good, honest contractors that aren't just out to make a quick buck. I can't say how much I appreciate Chris for all of his help and information today! He also mentioned that I'd want to get the limbs of the trees trimmed that are close to/rubbing against the shingles. It's truly refreshing to come across people who really care. Even if my roof is covered under warranty, I will be using and recommending Burgin in the future!

Had Bergin re-do my roof. They put the gutter gueards in upside down and had to have Gutterman replace them
I have had 4 flat tires from roofing nails since then and found another nail in my driveway. Having to replace my tires with 25K mile on them becuase ofmultiple punctures and nails in the shoulder. Wouldn't think this is expected.

They do an excellent job; we are so happy about our new roof and about the whole experience with Burgin Roofing! We highly recommend them!
