Shane is a scam artist. Not only did he approve substandard work but then he would refuse to pay his workers. If you were hurt, he would fire you. If you paid him in advance, good luck getting the work done. When he wasn't drinking or snorting cocaine, he would blow everyone's paycheck at strip clubs. The last straw for me was him and his partner assaulting a woman in Wisconsin Dells. I quit after that.
