Having renovated and built several homes over the years, I can wholeheartedly say that the Built To Last father/son team is top notch. Initial meetings and estimations were thorough. The timeline was well managed. Responsiveness and communication were great. Surprises happen with 100+ year old homes and when they did, BTL troubleshooted quickly. The change order and scope control processes were fair and helped protect all parties. They were also patient and helpful when I was having trouble selecting a backsplash or deciding the amount of countertop overhang. We’ve completed one small project (screen porch) and one large project (gutted kitchen) with BTL. Now we’re dreaming about a hardscape/landscape refresh.
