Don was amazing!! He responded quickly, confirmed appts., showed up when stated, and went through every detail with me. He was honest when it came to work that turned out to not be needed, and reduced the final price accordingly. He reviewed all the finished work with me, and even gave me a painter reference for the next phase of the project. I would highly recommend Built in RI (Don) as quality, honest and responsible. I will definitely use them again, for future projects!!!

Don is such a nice guy and so hardworking. He was always here on time and always had such great communication. His work was perfect and he was so honest. He even did some extra stuff for free that was a huge help for us. I definitely recommend Don at Built In RI LLC!!!

We had a wall that needed to go up before our child was born sometime in the next month and Don made sure he got our project done! He did an amazing job, finished earlier than expected, left NO messes, communicated thoroughly and also was friendly and generally nice to have in my home! Absolutely lovely trim, plastering, finish all around. Excited to have more projects I can work with Don on!

Built in RI was great. I was having an issue with wildlife in my roof. Don came out and inspected my roof for entry points to fix. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Since his visit, I have not had any issues.

Had a wall knocked down to make my office larger. I was so happy with the outcome I ended up having my bedroom redone. First time I’ve ever had a contractor finish on time AND on budget. Highly recommended!!!
