Valerie and Scott were fantastic to work with. They both are very thorough and take their time to make sure they don’t miss a thing on your inspection. We found several notes on our report that indicated there was more wrong that met our eyes when seeing our potential first home. If it wasn’t for their work, my wife and I may have bought a home that would require a lot more work and money spent in the near future. We are very thankful of them!

I'm from Michigan and when a building that has black mold, water running down walls when it rains, the smell of gas from heating source etc..that said building would be tore down just because of the black mold alone!! People live in this building here in Jonesboro Arkansas and ivI' left several messages and complaints to no avail w the inspector with NO RETURN CALLS and nothing done..so either human lives don't matter or payouts are being made to keep it from getting inspected
