I had to get a small door. They had a large selection. So I made my choice and took it home. When I went to install it the next day....I was loaded with the wrong size. So back to town I go, which isn't close to where I live. The cashier saw my exhausted face, because projects have to be done in the heat, she immediately knew why I was there. She felt so bad. She went to see what they could do to help ease the mistake......They did. I left with the right door.
It's important to remember: we are human and errors do happen. I should have double checked. They should have loaded the right product. But true character is revealed in how we react to those errors.
They are a well supplied store. They do have unique supplies.
They do have a caring staff that try their best to help you with your project.
Lady I spoke to on the phone did not know about laminate if they're going to hire people they need to hire people that know something about something and then she said they only had color samples that they actually didn't stock laminate what kind of store does not stock laminate if they sell it
