Very helpful, kind, considerate employees / staff. They are very informative and definitely are willing to go the extra mile to ensure fantastic customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend this store for all of your outdoor, indoor, and many other necessities as well as luxuries in our everchanging yet always caring community here.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERICLENCE!!! PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!! And possibly the worst I've ever been treated by a store employee! I am from out of town visiting my parents, never been in town before...just looking around the store and the worker guy literally told me if I'm not looking for something specific then I need to pay for my items and go, or just go. How rude!!! I'm personally offended...will never go back again!

This place is in the top 5 Ace Hardware Stores in size West of the Mississippi. And that's not an exaggeration. They have everything and more! Well staffed and you'll easily find what you need but want to stay longer to buy what you don't!

Everyone is up your a$$ here. Do I look like a common thief? I can't think for myself when in the store trying to build a custom project or install, anyone who wants to get in your project hears it by radio and ends up being your shopping buddy, for their version. And you pay and return and return and exchange and return. Bunch of daydreamers! Get your own project and you pay for it! This is my money and time. Too many questions. I'm building it as I shop. Step back and watch me go. Just answer my questions and show me where it is.
