Builders FirstSource - Bunnell, FL

Installed CROOKED windows in my brand new home. Most of them won’t even open!! I have heard no word back on when this will be fixed.
The windows and sliding door looks like their 5 years old. Get someone out here now or speak to my lawyer. What company leaves without even checking to see if the windows open? This is a fire hazard!!

It’s been more than 3 months and I STILL do not have a screen on my porch (since the first day we moved in we never had one). I STILL don’t have a new sliding door that doesn’t have scratches all over it and that isn’t crooked with gaps. No updates. Nothing.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are in no rush to repair what is damaged and what was installed horrendously.

It has been almost 4 MONTHS that we’ve been waiting for our sliding door to be repaired that your company installed crooked, along with all the crooked windows. You ordered the wrong screen, TWICE and have never had a screen door since the day we moved into our brand new home. We have left messages with no call back.
I will be updating each week we don’t have our sliding door fixed and the promises you made about a new screen within the first MONTH. Going on 4 months and STILL don’t have a screen. Your company is horrible. Who installs all windows crooked so they can get mold on it? What kind of company is so incompetent that you can’t order the proper screen, twice. I would be ashamed of myself running a business the way your company does.
Ps. Here is the MOLD that was on my front window being that your company installed it horrendously.

Maybe you should t keep all your windows and doors “outside in the yard” as you stated and they wouldn’t look like this.

Four months later and we are still waiting for the gaps to be fixed on our front and garage door. You said you were getting another weather strip. That was last month and still haven’t heard anything back yet.

Rob is great at solving manufacturers problems. It’s difficult enough to get any products made in the USA let alone in time and done correctly but he manages to get it done!!
Don’t blame the messenger blame the system

Leaking windows installed by this company.Ive called several times over months spoke with receptionist who had me leave a message for a manager no response.Called again receptionist advised she would send email and I would be contacted.Received one voicemail to call and schedule leak test.Called and left message numerous times no response. Poor quality and Poor service

Jill was very pleasant and happy to assist in all she did. The lumber was delivered exactly when promised and we were very satisfied from start to finish.

Window guys get here before 8 if there is a box truck in the dock you will wait 2 days to be unloaded. Not their fault just understaffed.

Worst customer service! As a builder I have not encountered the lack of response as I am from Mike at this location from anywhere else in 17 years! Waiting on a quote going on weeks now! Every day is a different story with this guy, todays lies…
“My apologies sir, I am sitting with customers at the moment. I have your quote in my inbox I just need to add the labor onto it. I promise to have these over to you with in the hour. Expect them in your mailbox before 11”.
It is now 1:45pm and nothing. I should put all his texts for the last week in here but why bother

I am a contractor, I am here at least once a week. Rob is amazing, very knowledgeable. I can't stress enough how good he really is

Always fantastic I love those guys everybody that works there is so super friendly help me with everything I need!

Stopped in and spoke to Jill. She took great care of me, and not only was it cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot, I'll have it in about two weeks, instead of the 8-12 week turn around time that the big box stores were offering. Highly recommend!

These are helpful people, I have to say, they made me feel like a valued customer in the material ordering office, despite being a new customer and my order being relatively peanuts. But those guys handled my order, remembered me when I would call in every couple days and in the end I got taken care of. Special shout out to the material loader/ forklift guy... He put my materials exactly where I wanted it in the truck without a word between us, and was nice as can be. Good positive vibes there... It's nice to break from the big box stores now and then, get with people who really know and serve the trades in this area. Gorilla Cookie Construction gives two bananas up for Builders!

I have discovered that some screws securing
window pane to the frame were not holding at all. They were just stuck in and you could pull them out with your fingers! I called to report and ask for help. They were completely indifferent. Just brushed me off because the house is two years old. Not their problem.

We ordered new doors for our house from builders firstsource. Builders firstsource had supplied the original doors for our house and they had all of the door dimensions on file. We were assigned a sales rep that never responded to messages and most of the time his voice mail was full so you couldn't leave a message. We received the doors and all of them were damaged and one was ot the correct size. We had to continually follow on our order since our sales rep was unresponsive. I would not recommend builders firstsource unless you want damaged doors and no customer service.

Where do I begin? I'm building a house just on the other side of sr100 off sr17 about 25 miles away from Bunnell BFS... Every delivery date set by them has been broken my trusses, framing material, roof sheathing, and now my windows!! I mind you, I have PREPAID in FULL and actually over, I have credit.... I had to pick up my roof sheathing myself to keep guys from standing around on my dime! Dan and Linda have lied to me and jerked me around, and wont call me they call my father, its my house I'm owner builder, and its my money I'm 34 years old not a child, but they call him like its his deal???? I don't understand how you take prepayments and promise dates, when you don't deliver on them and expect to have a good business and reputation in 2017!!! I even emphasized this to Carl and he agreed that this wasn't how to business, yet it continues. Ive been set back over 3 weeks now, as of right now today 9/1/17 I still am waiting on 8 windows that I payed in full at the beginning of August. I was told 9/6 a week ago now Linda calls my father today and says 9/11 on them and doesn't know they are supposed to install them, even though over prepaid them in a check that has been cashed!! My personal experience with Bunnell BFS is absolute garbage and I wouldn't recommend them for anything but a headache!!!! I run a small business and if I did this in my work I would be out of business with google reviews like this one!!!
