I hired Kyle Ellis after reading his ad, which I usually don’t do and was pleasantly surprised when he called when he said he would and showed up for the job when he said he would. He is a delight to deal with, did a great job and his price was right. Several of my neighbors have asked for his card after seeing his work. Don’t hesitate to trust this one.

I just had Kyle here today. On Sunday “Mother’s Day”. He went above and beyond. He cleaned out my gutters removed all the old caulk and replaced it with new. Since I had leaks. I also have a new lawn and all the gutter downspouts were too long, so he shortened them and I was able to put on a flexible down spout! He took his time and cleaned everything up. I just had the most pleasant experience with Kyle from Apply Pressure when he came out to do some work for me the other day. I have lived in Florida for 8 years now and have been very disappointed with trying to get work done. Not with this company! Kyle was here promptly when he came to give a quote and also when he came to do the work. Very polite, hard working and did a wonderful job. I had my lanai screens power washed, as well as the deck and some of my furniture. He also did the 2 fence doors leading to our yard. Everything was put back as he found it. It looked so clean and fresh. I would definitely use Apply Pressure again and highly recommend them.

Kyle was hired to clean the upper trim that surrounds the house just below the roof, as the roofing material had left dark stains. Additionally he repaired a section of roof soffets that had been dislodged due to high winds that occurred from the last big storm. He explained the processes he would use and took great care to ensure none of the outdoor plants would be damaged. Kyle is very professional and did excellent work on my home. After seeing recommendations for Kyle Ellis, owner Of Apply Pressure Washing LLC, on Nextdoor. Com I had him come over to see if he could clean out the clogged 50 foot long drain in our pavers that’s between our swimming pool and our house. It had never been cleaned and had been in place for 17 years and was completely clogged. Kyle told me he could do it, had done it before, and would order the parts and come back and do it. He came back today and did a wonderful job and our drain is completely cleaned. I highly recommend him to you.
