I have had two houses that R & K replaced the roof and both times they did an awesome job! I recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

R & K did our roof several years ago and we were thrilled. This past year, we got a small leak. I contacted the office and they sent someone out the SAME DAY. The inspector found that the shingles were defected, they were produced during COVID. The shingles were install correctly, there was an issue with the actual manufacturing of the shingles, causing them not to adhere properly. Initially, the shingle company denied our claim. R & K went to bat for us and we got an entirely new roof without any cost to us. They were fast and professional. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

R&K just finished replacing my roof. I have to say that this company is truly outstanding. The crew they sent were courteous and respectful and did a great job. A few people had recommended them, I also did my research, they are licensed, certified, and have insurance! They are family owned and have been in business for 15 or more years, and they were local! (less than 30miles). They did an EXCELLENT job! So much so I started working for them about 6 months later. They really do care about their customers and their staff.

Ken was very thorough when going over the different options. He explained the products and processes in detail and the pricing was more than fair. The roofing crew was fantastic and did a great job right down to the cleanup! Ken and his team were top notch. I highly recommend R&K!

Just needed to give a huge shout out to R&K Roofing on a job well done. Contacted this company after getting a hearty recommendation from an engineer that recently had a new roof done by this company. We were in need of an inspection on our cement tile roof with follow up repairs. Their estimator, Tucker, promptly arrived and met with my husband.

What can I say but this company is outstanding in every respect. My liaison was with Tucker Subers first class, nothing was too much trouble for Tucker. The whole experience was very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending this very professional and efficient company and Tucker in particular. I called R&K for a quote for something I thought I needed. Tucker showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with my gazillion questions. Ultimately, it turned out I didn't need the thing I'd gotten the quote for after all, but I'll definitely reach out to R&K again for future work.

We had our roof done and were left with debris and more nails than I could count all over our yard. Even when I think there can't possibly be any more, I find three or four every time I'm outside.
To top that off, a guy calls my wife and tells her he'll knock $250 off the price if she would meet him at the bank and pay him cash. I know better than this because any company or bank accepting $10,000 or more in cash from a customer is required, by law, to have the customer fill out Form 8300 and submit it to the IRS, unless that said company wasn't planning on reporting that money on their taxes. Sounds like some inside racketeering to me; trying to get around the IRS. We paid with a certified check from the bank. We'll do our homework a little better if we ever find ourselves needing a roof for one of our other homes.

The crew worked in tandem in the installation process. They did not waste any time in removing the old shingles, prepping the roof for new shingles, and systematically putting the shingles on. Kelly the production manager was professional and came by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly and answer any questions we might have had. When I read reviews like the one I am going to write for R&K Roofing I always think, "that must of come from a friend or family member". Recommended by my insurance co. and bank. City inspector said they were the most reputable roofer in Flagler County when I called to ask about a code. Crew was great. Roof looks really good. I wish all the contractors in Palm Coast operated like R&K.

I was looking for an estimate and spoke with Austin.
He advised me that for me to get the best price I would have to pay in CASH! not check or anything else but cash money.
How am I suppose to get $28,000 in cash put it in a bag and make that transaction. It sounds very suspisious and not an ethical way to do business.

I had a corner of shingles blown off during Hurricane Ian and R&K Roofing fixed it quickly and extremely well. The patch was seamless, they responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry, and the job was scheduled and completed promptly. R&k certified Roofing is a complete scam. My roof was not damaged at all and they came by and said that it needed a new one. Not only that they dropped off material and left sitting on my roof for a week. And they decided to come out of the blue at 7:00 in the morning we woke up to pounding on our roof and head no idea what was going on. Kids were screaming and scared the company did not have the decency to knock on the door and explain that they were going to start work nor did they give us any kind of notice. Very unprofessional. Another thing that was ridiculous was all of my potted plants had debris all in them or they have to do is ask and I would have moved them but they did not give me a chance to do so. I called the company to complain about my damage plans and they told me it was not their problem. Do not go with this company. They are scammers

Douglas came out to my property today to inspect my roof for damage from the recent hurricane since I found some water damage in one of the bedrooms. Douglas was professional and knowledgeable. Upon inspecting the roof for cause of water damage, Douglas determined the roof was in great shape and water damage was not caused by any damage to the roof. He gave me a few options of steps to take next to determine the cause. I highly recommend you have Douglas from R&K roofing handle any roofing needs you have. His professionalism and honesty as well as the office staff who helped determine what service I needed, was like a breath of fresh air. 5 stars without a doubt!!

Removed and replaced the whole roof, removed and replaced seven skylights, removed and replaced complete gutter system.

Great work … did have a couple of minor hick-ups … when you do a job this big a hick-up or two is expected.

Just went through hurricane Ian … no leaks, no blown off shingles or ridge caps, gutter system worked as designed.

Overall have to give them a rating of 100#.
1 3/4” nails make a positive difference.

Previous roof replaced by another company with black trucks in 2017 only lasted three years. Shingles and ridge caps fell off on sunny days with no wind. Professional inspection found numerous code violations.

R&K was absolutely a joy to work with, we had storm damage and they basically took care of the entire thing, I called my insurance company and after that they did all the leg work. Andrew came and removed attic insulation that was blocking my soffits. After he was done the attic “breathed” once again. He was very professional and hard-working. I have a lot of confidence in R&K Roofing. I highly recommend their services. In fact, I am ready to have my roof replaced by them now and have an appointment set with Brandon. They just finished installing my roof and I am very pleased with the quality and care they took during the process. I have recommended RK to my family and now they are using them for a roof replacement. They are the only roofers that I have found who use aluminum ridge vents which outlast plastic vents. Excellent and professional! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately a year later, I ran into issues that frustrated me greatly! I originally posted a bad review but to be honest they have jumped through hoops to correct the situation. A few different men tried to help but it wasn't until Douglas stepped in and made the magic happen! He was extremely professional, really listened to my concerns, walked the roof with me, and has backed up everything he said he would do. He has been there since the first time he called and ensured the job was done the way I expected it to be done and how it should have been. We are very pleased with our new roof installation. Work was done in time frame we were given. Was a pleasure working with Mike and meeting the owner, Ken. Mike kept us up to date on everything and explained all of the products/quality being used. Hard and knowledgeable workers.... Would recommend this company ... after 7 years one of the end caps came out, found it while cleaning the gutters, we took it to RK and asked if they had some we could have to replace the one that fell out. They didn't use that type any longer but would check into it. A few days later got a call saying they had the new end caps and would be sending someone out to install the new ones.
