I had windows installed and what a difference it has made. Besides the fact that they look good, I noticed how much quieter it is in my house. I am very pleased with them.

Alan and his crew turned my ugly, non-functioning window into a beautiful slider. Everyone was friendly, efficient and neat. They also fixed a stubborn screen on another window at no charge. I highly recommend the Builder Direct crew, they are good guys.

I had hail damage this past spring and needed a new roof. I called my insurance agent and asked for some recommendations. I also went on to Angie's list. Between those two sources and a co-worker rec, I was ready to start meeting people.

From the first time I met Alan you could tell that he cared about his customers and took pride in his company. I used to be in sales so I can appreciate a great sales pitch, but Alan demonstrated the best in really good salespeople, the ability to listen, provide options, and then work as hard as possible to find financing or options that fit within your budget.

I have been nothing but thrilled with the process thus far and would recommend that you at least use Alan as one of your bids. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We had replacement windows put in our +100 year old home. The sales representative , Alan was excellent! The job was done fast and the windows look great. The company did a good job cleaning up the area and we are very pleased with the quality. I have recommended Builder's Direct to our friends and family.

Recently I was in contact with Mr. Alan Boyd at Builder Direct LLC. I inquired about receiving a quote for some renovations/repair work for my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided. From the moment I first contacted the company, the owner was incredibly responsive to my calls and inquiries.

Buyer beware. Salesman sent an email and quote claiming they had promotional lifetime labor guarantee instead of their standard 3 year labor guarantee. Also wanted buyer to sign a lien waiver where failure of contractor to pay those persons supplying material and/or services can result in the filing of mechanics lien. The company claims to offer a lien waiver but after payment - even when this company is asking or quoting payments in cash. They will email and say something different from their written contract.

Alan was very detailed and up front with all the work that would be required. He would answer any questions in a very prompt manner, even on the weekend.
The Installation was very quick!
One minor fix was needed after but he got it quickly scheduled and taken care of immediately.
No complaints about the finished product and looks brand new!

If I ever need other work for windows, I’m going directly to Alan and his company first.

Took care of everything after a hail storm (windows, gutters and roof). Alan really simplified everything so I could understand and kept me informed throughout the whole process and kept wma very stressful process pretty stress free. The quality of work that was done is great and done on the dates they said. I'd highly recommend them if you have storm damage.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Alan was communicating with us every step of the way; for when cars needed to be moved, dogs not going outside. We got our new roof and gutters in no time and it looks great!

He is a very honest and caring man that goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We love our windows and would definitely use his company and services again and would recommend him to anyone. We have had our windows for a few years now and Alan has always been there for us.

Windows are so important and Alan at Builder's Direct was very professional and helpful and I was so worried because I am over 65 years old and I did NOT want to be scammed. Alan was professional.

From start to finish everything went smooth. We met with Alan and he was very easy to get along with which goes a long way in my book. He was thorough with explaining the process and what to expect. The guys who did our install were very professional and I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up after themselves.

I have worked with Alan a few times over the years. You can always count on him to provide excellent customer service, he is quick to respond and I never felt like I was out of line asking questions.

Are used Alan from direct builders to do some remodeling for me. He was on time, he was on budget. He and his crew were very professional and got everything taken care of that was supposed to be done. I would be glad to use him again in the future and recommend him.

Alan and his crew did a great job installing our windows and patio doors. They were quick and efficient and we even had them put in an extra window. Alan was always available for any questions we had. We had some other work that needed done on our remodel as well that he had some connections for which was super helpful in getting our project completed. We are happy with the work and the reasonable rates.

This was nothing nightmare. No tarps over my patio or bushes. I had to pick up nails and pieces of metal during the siding every day and pieces of siding. Coking was sloppy and 2 windows are not level with the siding. They broke a water line taking off the siding so the the basement was flooded but they compensatedwith their insurance which helped redoing one wall in the bedroom. And painting all the trim which we had to do. Also had to pick up food chicken bones in my yard along with laders and tools every day. I am not impressed
with his crew. My husband and I have to fix a lot since they have completed the job. Also I had them put in a storm door on the front but that was done with the door being upside down along with all the other parts. He paid for another door but never came back to install it so I had to pay for another installation with someone who new what they were doing. Also all the shutters around the windows are missing the caps on some and are bowed out so now I have the caps so they lay flat. All I can say do Not every use them
