My house turned out beautiful. The team was great from start to finish. lain was one of the most professional businessman and salesman I ever dealt with. From all aspects of the process from giving you ideas/Image of the kind of house you’re looking for. From the purchase agreement making sure we were happy with the numbers and even returning a couple thousand dollars in a septic allowance that they didn’t use!! What other builder you know would do that!! Build on your land is the best hands down. My superintendent hunter was amazing, never cut any corners. If talked and help me threw the frustration of inspections/etc. most people come too work for the money and not care about their job or customers but lain and hunter man hands down greatest guys I’ve ever met. Thanks again build on your land

Everything and Everyone from start to finish has been incredible! I started with Mr. Todd Ficsher (whom I highly recommend) who helped me as a first time home builder. I didn't know how to style the house (paint, flooring, counter top etc.) He had pictures and samples to help me. He also recommended a lender who was great as well (Daniel Atkins at Ameris Bank)
I started the build with a young man named Chad who was excellent but due to extenuating circumstances he had to be moved to another area so Hunter took over as my Project manager. Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question and fixed every issue most of which I didn't even know about but any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. Overall I could not have had a better home building experience! My most sincere thanks goes out to them all

Build On Your Land is the best!. The whole process from start to finish was superb. From our initial meeting to the final walk through we were always impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each time we had a question either Iain or Hunter were quick to respond and gave us an immediate answer, or followed up as quickly as possible. Every person involved is a genuinely good person and more than happy to help. We have many friends looking to purchase land and build and we have recommended Build On Your Land every time. We have had friends who are in the home building industry come to the house and each of them have stated how impressed they are with the quality. We were impressed from the start and after living in the home for a year we are still amazed at how great our home is. We had a couple of predicted nail pops, but that is all. Not a single crack in any of the concrete! We plan on this being our forever home, but if we build again we will most definitely be using Build On Your Land. Iain, Nick, Hunter, Britton, and the rest of the folks at Build On Your Land are the best. Thank you so much for a beautiful home.

Do not use Build on your land for your next house. I am in construction and they did a horrible job building the house. Very unprofessional, cut corners and they did no follow up with their sub contractors. I had to micromanage the build because the subcontractors were cutting corners and the contractor had very little follow up. When we did walk through on several occasions the contractor was not even writing notes with our concerns. I had to do several follow ups to ensure they took care of all of the issues. I even had to suspend payments from my bank a couple of times until they completed what was promised. Luckily I am in construction so I am able to identify and fix several issues. Good luck if you use them.

We had a very nice and informative visit. They do quality construction so my husband was quite impressed. We were just inquiring.

My husband and I are planning to build a home in the area for our family of 5 and so we stopped by to get information and were really impressed with what Build On Your Land offers. Jessica was so helpful and showed us around the beautiful model home. Later the same day one of the sales guy called and answered other questions for us. We are still shopping around but this is at the top of our list!

Jessica used a virtual tour to show me around your Aiken model home and I'm really impressed! She walked me through all the different options for building, upgrades, and helped set expectations for cost.

I really like the mix of flexibility and predictability in your offerings. I plan on building on land in the future, and I'll definitely connect when I'm ready!

Tiffanie Flagler was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly!! She is a wonderful assist to this company. Give this girl a raise.

We can't say enough about build on your land! We broke ground on June of 2022, and moved in on December 23rd, what a Christmas present! Everyone was great and easy to talk to Iain, Tiffanie, Tanner, Cory, Brad, Jared, thank you! We had a few hiccups along the way, but there was no hesitation on solutions. We absolutely love our home!!!

Build on your Land have been absolute champions throughout a very unique and likely challenging build.

Iain as my primary point of contact throughout the entire process and Hunter as my superintendent were legends. As I've learned no build is without its challenges, but I legitimately believe that both of them wanted to ensure we ended up with a house that was both safe and what we wanted. Any complaints I had fell completely outside of their control, and as we move in today my wife could not be more pleased with the final product.

I fully intend to revisit this review after the first year to report back in and hope/expect it will remain very positive!

there are no words to describe how amazing these guys are! from start to finish we had a wonderful experience with them. Iain is AMAZING, he answered every phone call, email, or text in a timely manner throughout the entire process so we didn't have to sit and wait for any answers regarding our bulid. They build our new house! And it is beautiful! They assured an easy transaction and it was! Answered all the questions timely, always willing to explain the process. Very courteous, professional, and nothing was a problem for them. What a great bunch! They said it was going to take 6 months, and even with windows backordered for 10 weeks, they finished it in 4 months! We're very pleased with them and truly recommend their services. I literally just spoke with a woman named Linda when I called. She was very rude and nasty. I didn’t even have a chance to get any answers to the questions that I had. I do not want to spend my hard earned money with someone that can’t even answer the phone without sounding irritated.

This house was beautiful! Everything about it was breathe taking. I loved the open floor space and how connected it all was. It flowed freely.

Visit the model, very impressive. The home Sales Rep. was very informtive. The best home I've seen so far.
