Staff was professional and well prepared. The designer, Emre, had excellent suggestions and alternatives for a challenging bathroom reno. Mary Beth, assistant to Emre was also very knowledgeable and responsive. The project was carefully overseen by Ata, project manager, who was responsive to my many requests. Overall, after completing many renovations out of state with many companies, I highly recommend this company, without reservations.

I worked with the Washington, D.C. branch of Build Design Center to completely renovate our bathroom. From design to final punch list items, their whole team was great and I am very satisfied with the final results. I don't really enjoy shopping and home design, so was very happy that their talented designer Emre and his assistant could specify everything needed with one visit to their showroom. Once construction began, project manager Sertac and construction supervisor Wilson were amazing. Sertac dropped by regularly and would come over almost immediately if I had a question or concern. Wilson is an intelligent problem-solver who kept things on track with inventive ideas and attention to detail. I am already planning to hire them again for a second bathroom renovation project!

We were looking to replace our bathtub/showers with walk-in showers in our two bathrooms at a reasonable price without skimping on quality. We went to BDC Kitchen and Bath Design and found we could do what we wanted at a price we could afford.
The design was done together with us and we had many different options available. We picked quality materials and a design we really liked.
After the design, BDC began the project led by Sertac and a crew of very competent workers. The workers were respectful of our home, cleaned up on a regular basis while installing the two showers, removed the old bathtubs and were able to spare our tile floors without any damage. Both bathrooms were completed in about 3 weeks, and we are quite pleased with the end product. The workers were efficient, competent and were able to complete any requests we made during the process. When completed, they did a final clean-up and also did some painting to a wall that was slightly damaged. We are VERY PLEASED with the entire process.l We would recommend BDC to anyone.

I found the Build DC on when I walked on Wisconsin avenue. Once I walked into to their showroom I was greeted by Emre. He immediately understood what I was looking to accomplish. I am happy to have chosen Build Design Center (Georgetown DC) to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. I was nervous initially as the house is quite old and both the kitchen and bathroom had limited space to work with. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the initial design stage to the final delivery stage, the entire team was professional and helpful. Emre is a seasoned designer who provided beautiful renderings which helped me visualize my soon to be updated kitchen and bath. His design recommendations were on point – I was able to get the aesthetics and functionality I wanted within my budget. My kitchen and bathroom look modern, beautiful and high-end, and meet all my practical needs.

The construction process was overall smooth and completed on schedule. Sertac (project manager), who oversaw the project, kept me informed on the details and various steps/schedule of the renovation process. He answered promptly any questions I had and timely addressed/fixed any small hiccups (such as misdelivered items). I also appreciate that both Sertac and Emre would visit in person to check on the progress and answer any questions I had.

The construction teams were fantastic as well. They were punctual, professional and respectful of my home. Because I was going to stay home through the whole process, I was worried about noise, mess, etc. But they were never overly loud and were able to seal off the renovation areas, keeping the dust/mess from infiltrating the rest of the home too much. They also tidied up every day before they left. It took about two weeks to do the whole bathroom and about four weeks for the kitchen (which included knocking down walls and moving pipes and electrical lines).

Overall, my experience with Build Design Center was amazing. If you are looking to do a quality kitchen/bath renovation, I highly recommend Build Design Center, specifically Emre and Sertac and their construction team.

We had an excellent experience with the team from the Build Design Center. The bathroom in our 120 year old DC rowhome required a complete remodel. We looked for a team that provided all services from planning & design, purchasing all fixtures & materials, to performing the work. Emre and Sertac did just that and were great to work with.
