I have used Nasco roofing for years for minor roof repairs. In the recent storms in April 2025, my roof took substantial damage. Nasco helped me with the insurance company and installed a beautiful roof and added roof venting! Heather was thorough and explained all details and kept in constant communication so I knew what was going on. I can't say enough about the great work and professionalism of Nasco Roofing & Construction.

Nasco did my roof after hail damage a few years ago so I just had them do my Mom’s- They did a great job on both and most importantly they know how to work with the insurance adjuster to get it approved. They specialize in hail damage because they go up on the roof with the adjuster and know what to point out to get your job approved. You will likely get Heather when you call in and she is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

We had a large shingle roof and gutters replaced. They were straightforward to deal with - no high pressure sales tactics. They did a high quality job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We would use them again.

NASCO did a tremendous job of replacing our old roof. The crew showed up early and went to work immediately. The job was done and cleaned up by 3 PM. Dave, the supervisor, was very helpful and easy to work with as was Heather in the office. Their pricing was extremely fair. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for asphalt roofing.

Nasco Roofing and Construction provided exemplary customer service and workmanship when installing our new roof. Heather Lee Finken, the Office Manager was extremely helpful in helping us choose the color for our roof. She sent samples of what the various colors might look like on our roof. Heather was also in constant communication with us about how the installation process would go. The workers arrived quite early and only stopped working for a quick lunch break before resuming work. The clean-up of our yard was also exceptional. We were concerned about our Lab picking up unwanted treasures in our yard but everything was cleaned up to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Nasco and your workers. We highly recommend!

They came quickly faster than any other company I ever called they do small jobs which is ideal they are curious and price is reasonable I would highly recommend them very courteous

When I needed a new roof on my home, I contacted Nasco Roofing for a quote. A gentleman came out, did the inspection and I had a quote within a day or two. I didn't make a decision right away and they didn't try too pressure me into choosing them. When I hired Nasco, Heather worked with me on the replacement date because I was traveling, answered a ton of questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was friendly and efficient. These folks worked hard all day and took great care to clean up nails and debris around my home. I discovered some damage to 2 window screens while the work was being done, the site supervisor took them to be repaired and Heather delivered (and installed) the screens about 7-10 days later. I am very happy with my new roof and am glad that I chose Nasco.

No hard sales pitch. Complete and informative detailed estimate and work contract. Add-ons handled without a problem. Start date was accurate. Daily on-site team followed each day of task. Pleased with quality of job. Would recommend others to use this company.

Jerry, TJ and Heather at Nasco Roofing & Construction helped my wife & me repair our house after a damaging wind storm in March 2023. They were very responsive, professional, and patient. The Nasco crews did a terrific job repairing damage to our roof, siding, gutters and fence. I found their pricing to be competitive and their service was top notch.

Nasco did a great job, couldn’t find anything bad to say. Showed up on time did the house roof,front porch roof,sunporch roof and two car garage all in about 10 hours. Removed all the old shingles and patched a couple minor bad spots also re-flashed the chimney.
Clean up was great.

I had leaks on my roof in my sunroom. I basically just googled roofing companies in Monroeville. After getting some bids from other companies I decided to go with Nasco. The guy seemed extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good comfort feeling. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Well to say the least I could not of been happier. First he showed up the day he was suppose to come and on time. That in itself was a good start. I have had bad experiences. Then he proceeded to start the work. He was not able to finish but he did the spots where I had the leaks.( I was having him do extra areas since he was already up there). He actually told he had vacation planned for the coming week but it did not bother me because he had done the areas I asked him to do first. Everybody deserves vacation time to keep your sanity. We had some hard rains while he was on vacation and I had no leaks. He came back the day after his vacation was done and finished up. He cleaned everything up and told me again what he had done and then left. Just a super nice guy. I would highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs. Also Heather in the office was great to work with. Super friendly .

Friendliest and most professional people we ever had doing work on our house. Work was completed quickly from the time of the estimate to the time of completion. We called other companies for estimates and they never got back to us, one even had a guy come out and looked at what needed to be done and said they would call with a estimate but we never heard back from them. We are very pleased with the quality of the work Nasco Roofing did and would highly recommend this company.

Prompt, knowledgable, professional - they did great work and left my place spotless. They even took care not to hurt my special little plant.

Siding Repair. I appreciate this company honoring repairs that needed to be made to siding they had installed several years ago. We are very satisfied with the repairs and their understanding of the situation. Their contractors came on time and left the driveway and outside of the house clean and with no stray nails laying around. I would say they provided very professional services.

We needed our roofing replaced due to wind damage, they were friendly, courteous and always got back to you with any questions and very helpful at picking new shingles. Can even take a picture of your house so you can view a virtual picture on your computer of different colors of shingles to see what you would like better with the choices they have which was really cool. We love our new roof thank you Nasco

The company was very professional they came early in the morning 8 o'clock on time and finished the job one day, Remove old Damage roof installing new roof with a 50 years warranty. (I WILL call them again for other roofing projects, ( Reasonable price for Quality materials)

They gave us a good estimate and completed the work in one day and cleaned everything up and they did a great job.

I really enjoyed working with this contractor on my mom's remodel. they were fast and conscientious. In , out and cleaned up through out!

We had a troublesome unknown issue with our roof leaking in one spot. Not only did they come out quickly, to access the issue, but they scheduled us promptly too! Heather is who helped us get scheduled and she is great!! When we are ready for a new roof we will definitely be calling Nasco Roofing first!!!

Every morning I hear Marty Griffith on KDKA Morning Radio promoting Nasco Roofing and what a great job they did for him and/or his family, so I called Nasco. I have an old house in a not great part of town. I spoke with "Heather" who took my information and told me that "TJ" would be coming out in two days to look at my roof, and they would get back to me. That was the end of September and I still haven't heard from them. I called and left messages but no one got back to me. Apparently Nasco Roofing only does good work for celebrities or their families.

We recently had our shingled roof and gutter guard replaced. The office manager, Heather, was very helpful and responded quickly in answering any of our questions. Roof replacement and cleanup were done in one day. We would recommend Nasco for your roofing needs.

I had a quote from 6 roofers. This company was by far the most honest, and responsive. I called for a quote in a couple of days, TJ was out to quote. Once I decided they indicated they would call in 2 weeks to come out. In a couple of days they called to schedule installation of complete roof. They were to show up at 7:00. David was early and crew wasn't far behind, all by 7:00. They removed old roof and installed new, had very good suggestions for some better changes, and they worked until finished ( 1 day) finishing by 7:30 that evening. Everyone pitched in to clean up and you can't tell there were here! These folks are by far what a business is supposed to be! They say what they plan on doing but they also did what they said completely! I can't recommend a more professional crew, from Heather in the office to David, Tj and Jerry the owner stopped by too, just to check on things! From beginning to end, they missed nothing! Quote, ON TIME, installation, quality of work, cleanup. There is nothing I would change! A Rarity today for a contractor such as this one! I run a customer service based business and we have gotten away from that, this company understands this is their best advertising and they are top notch!

From our first experience with Dave Coury (for an estimate on full roof replacement), selection of materials, delivery and removal of materials (including the dumpster), and the amazing and tenacious crew (led by Dave) our experience was above and beyond. Nasco is a phenomenal roofing company. I am thankful I chose Nasco to replace my home's roof. Everyone from the owner (Jerry), the office staff (Heather), the foreman (Dave) and his crew..... were all knowledgeable, experienced, professional and courteous. Initially, Jerry came out to evaluate and provided recommendations in a timely manner. He was clearly experienced in roofing and professional, answering all questions and providing options. Then, Heather patiently assisted to help me choose the best style and color for my house. They installed Owens Corning shingles in a color which was a perfect match for the siding. Heather was excellent in coordinating with me to find a good time to do the job, also remaining conscious of the weather for the day of installation. The crew arrived very early and were professional, hard workers, who took extraordinary care while on my property. The crew were supervised all throughout their work by the foreman, Dave. The job was completed in a 13 hour day, with finishing touches completed the following morning. The team coordination was impressive. Throughout the day, Dave remained an active foreman, leading the crew. When the job was completed, he inspected and ensured I was satisfied. Dave and his crew completely cleaned everything and there was no sign of any debris from the job. Then Heather followed up to ask about satisfaction. Nasco is an excellent roofing company with tremendous experience and professionalism.

I had it done almost a year ago. They got it done in one day. I asked multiple times before they it if they were going to put shingles in backyard because I didn't want that since I have dogs. The lady assures me each time with the pitch of my house it would go on the side of the house. Cool. They came out ripped everything off throwing all the shingles in the back and front yard not the sides. Ugh but they did get done in hrs no breaks at all. Clean up was bad because there were nails everywhere I got one in my car tire. To this day with the rain nails are still falling from the roof. I would still remind them. I gave my family their number. The outcome was great just the process was different than relayed.

We noticed our gutters leaking. I called they sent out person to look at it. My husband was told we need another downspout and drip edge. And they would call us to correct what should have been done. Why were we not told about another downspout in the beginning . Well no one called or showed bip yo fix the problem. I and my husband have called the office and salesman no return phone calles. I even got them a job my neighbor had there roof replaced. Wish I never did that. Do we ate going to have to get an attorney to get this issue solved. Our gutters still leak bad.

The workers were amazing and thorough. The work was clean and professional, the job foreman Danny inspected quality as the job progressed. He never left the premises, good guy. They left no trace of debris. Dave is the guy who got the job up and running for us, low pressure and honest sales! The price was right as well.

Little background on this review; My Dad is 90 and a pretty easy target for all the scam artist out there. After sifting thru all those grifters, we found Nasco. They scheduled the job on a reasonable horizon, completed it in a day at a fair price. Good, honest folks: the kind that we all know make up the best part of Pittsburgh. I hope this saves you some time. Roof repair, Call Nasco!

Nasco did an excellent job replacing the roof on our Lake Milton house. Dave and his very professional team were so pleasant to work with. They did a great job start to finish. This is the 2nd roof we had Nasco replace so glad we choose them. Their use of high quality materials to compete the job is impressive. We give them 5 stars and would gladly recommend Nasco to anyone needing roof replacement.

Top-notch company! From Dave the salesman, Heather in the office, to the crew themselves. Fantastic work! The roofers took their time with every facet of the job, yet still were able to finish my (large) roof in a day and a half. Afterwards, you could not tell I just had a major construction project done at my home, because the cleanup was so well managed. My toddler was playing in the yard that same day! I would recommend this company to anyone. Truly impressed.

Best decision made... it was obvious they were experts. Great sales advice, recommendations, price, and follow through. The installers were experienced and talented. Each worker knew their role, coordinating quickly and expertly to strip the old roof, replace bad boards, and install the new shingles all in one day. They also took the upfront time to prepare and protect my yard, plants and beds, hot tub etc. Even better, they took time and diligence to minimize mess and the clean up work was fantastic!

Nasco roofing is not a good choice for any work around your house. The owner is a liar, cheater and the most unreliable, incompetent businessman we have ever encountered. Our roof is leaking and our gutters are overflowing due to poor craftsmanship! We do not want this contractor back to repair the work, even if he is willing. We are posting this to share my horrible experience so that no one else makes the mistake of hiring this incompetent company. What a nightmare! It took over six weeks to complete a job that was quoted for two days. His crew members were unskilled, unprofessional, and not punctual. We will now have to pay another company to repair the inadequate installation of our roof and gutters. Stay far away!
