I would highly recommend BTB to anyone. They installed our new roof and it looks great. They installed the roof in 1 day. Excellent workers! Even when there was a slight issue they came back out and fixed it with no problem. Bryan even came out to assist and he was very professional and courtesy. We will call them for other projects!

I am the property manager of a small rental business here local in Lynchburg. I contacted the company on the recommendation of a friend. Bryan reached out to me and set up a estimate. He came out with the correct equipment to accurately assess the roof. he pointed out the pros and cons of the different things that I wanted to get done and different ideas to be able to solve them.
I ended up going with the option to replace all of the roofs (slate main roof, 2 shingled and a metal) They also removed the 2 chimneys and put in ventilation along with fixing metal wrap, damaged planks etc..
Through it all Bryan worked with me to make sure I understood all of the materials being used and the warranties. He was great at super quick follow-up. His numbers were competitive without cutting corners with quality of materials or workmanship. They had their insurance and licesnes all in order. I briefly spoke with Brad, he was very pleasant and professional. The office assistant was able to work out a plan to be able to put it on a credit card and very helpful.
From the time the estimate was given to me to the last day of work being completed it was within three weeks.
I could not be more happy with the service, work done, and overall communication, skill, and knowledge of everyone I came in contact with during this process.
The guys on the job were super friendly, they picked up everything on the ground, left no mess behind and was very neat and tidy. They were careful with the soffit, fascia and gutters when they were replacing it to not mess up the existing vinyl they put everything back even better than what it was. The metal wrap looks great.
Extremely happy with the job and looking forward to working with them on the next one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a contractor who is skilled in multiple types of roofing, framing, metal wrap and exterior finishes. * I ended up with 4 bids from different companies and very happy I went with BTB Contruction Inc.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and promptness of this company. My roof was leaking terribly and literally leaving a puddle of water on the floor. Brad came out and crawled up in the attic and diagnosed the issue, (after another roofing company misdiagnosed it), and a crew was sent out within a few days and the repair was performed. Would definitely recommend.

Hard workers, knowledgeable, easy to contact supervisor whenever needed, appear to be dedicated to excellence. Knowledgeable and personal office staff and Superintendent or supervisor (Bryan) was awesome. He represented his company at a high level. Second time BTB has done roof work on our buildings. Highly recommended.

BTB Roofing was great! We called them about a leak in our office roof after heavy rain and they showed up the same day. Not only did they clean up everything that had fallen in but they also checked in with us daily until the rain stopped so they could properly fix the leak. Their responsiveness, professionalism and thorough work really stood out. Highly recommend!

We are so pleased with BTB ---from the estimates to completion of two projects. Brad, the owner, was direct about what needed to be done more urgently and what could wait for five years. He did not try to "upsell" us by any means. Bryan performed high quality and timely work. We highly recommend BTB and will use them again.

BTB did an awesome job with installing the roof of our 1940’s rental property. There were a few hiccups along the way but Bryan did an amazing job fixing them. I would give this company a 5 out of 5 stars any day of the week. They were efficient, with high quality workmanship and great communication, always keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Working with a local company just means a little bit more when deciding which contractor to go with! Working with Brad, Bryan, and Samantha all aspects of the job were delt with and handled with a high level of professionality. We had a new roof, gutters, and vinyl siding installed. Everything looks 100% better and is working efficiently. I will be working with BTB in the future to get my windows and doors replaced as well.

These folks have been cleaning my gutters for a few years now. Easy to work with, responsive, and quality work.

We needed to have our roof repaired right around the chimney as well as having the chimney inspected. Brad came out to have a look and was very thorough. I did not get this kind of attention and response from the other two roofing companies I consulted. The roofer who came out to do the job was very experienced and did quality work as well. I am glad that I don't have to worry about the leaks around the chimney any more and would highly recommend BTB Construction for small and larger jobs.

I bought a house on Leesville Lake that needed a new roof. Brad was very responsive and quick with coming to look at the roof and providing a quote. He was very respectful and very professional. Since there was a few bad patch jobs and the threat of rain, he had his crew up the following week to complete the job. The crew got the roof on before the rain. The roof looks amazing and I did not see any trash left (shingles, nails, etc.). My interactions with Samantha through phone and email was extremely helpful in making the roofing choices. Had a leaky roof and chimney that required some tricky repair, which a previous roofer had been unsuccessful repairing. BTB assessed the situation correctly and professionally repaired all the problems expeditiously. No leaks, messes or mistakes! Very happy with Brad and the work of the whole team.

They installed the shingles on my addition to my garage. They were very professional and friendly. I had installed shingles in the past myself, but I decided not to this time and I'm glad I did. Brad told me about the changes to the way they are done now, that I was not aware of and it was much better than I would have done.

BTB just finished our roof and it looks amazing! What I liked best about BTB is how easy they were to work with. They were very low pressure and accommodating. Out of 3 roofing companies, BTB gave us the best deal. Hopefully, we won't need another roof any time soon, but if we do, BTB will be our go-to roofing company.
