I wanted to update and modernize our bathroom but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Bryan was patient and gave me great options to choose from. It turned out so much better than I ever dreamed it could be! Thanks BT Jennings Construction. I am already thinking of what my next project will be.

We had a botched up construction job by another company that took more than 2 years! Brian and his crew redid the sunroom in 5 months. What is not to like? Brian and Jay were both professional and meticulous. Their work quality was perfection because it was a combination of what I wanted and his expertise. We will be using him again for all future renovations.

Bryan and Jay remodeled our master bathroom and adding some paneling to our stairwell. He was able to get to our project quickly and the work turned out beautifully. Bryan communicated clearly with us all along the way, adapted as I made decisions and showed up consistently to get the work done quickly. I would recommend reaching out to them for a quote.

Bryan listens carefully to his clients. He answers your questions and supplies additional information that can assist with making important decisions. He offers pictures of his work. This provides a way to see the quality of the work. Bryan prides himself on providing high quality work.
We found him to be very honest, easy to work with and follows up with what he says he is going to do.
We would definitely have him back at our home for additional projects.

Bryan runs an awesome crew and does a superior job. He is on time and responds to all communications within 24 hours. He is creative and a problem solver. I told him what I needed, he made it all happen exactly as planned and finished on the exact agreed upon finish date. My project required a perfectly level grounded concrete pad, a picket fence (handmade), and electrical work for a hot tub which included outdoor electrical outlets, and a light switch for a pole light inside the fenced area. He is easy to talk to and is meticulous about his work. He makes sure cleanup is perfect. He has a talent for building a crew. He makes sure his crew does the job perfectly. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew. I commend them for a job well done. Thanks guys

We hired Bryan and his team to replace a deck and enclose part of it as a screened porch. They did a wonderful job!! Very easy to communicate what we wanted, and very professional. A pleasant group that works well together, and it shows in their craftmanship. I would recommend them highly!

Bryan did a fantastic job on my newly purchased condo that had water damage from the upstairs neighbour , he redid the ceiling with new dry wall and popcorn , so it matched the existing ceilings , he cut out damaged drywall and mudded it and sanded it and painted it , he carefully wrapped the ceiling fixture before painting in the kitchen and dining room .

On my property he has removed old flooring and installed a beautiful new flooring in hallway , clothsets , kitchen and laundry room, he took care of the water damaged boards under flooring in the laundry room ,, he even constructed a nice piece of trim that covered the metal from heating unit on the floor .
He replaced toilets , and reinstalled new track light fixtures over the sink , and replaced a fosset in my bath room too .
Bryan has installed a dishwasher and even repaired old piping in the kitchen .
Bryan has repaired the roof and fencing on my rental property too., he has adjusted doors that was scrapping on the floor .
I gladly recommend him , he is vey talented in far more things than many other people I have met , and he is a perfectionist too .
He will be my contractor as long as he wants to be in business
