My husband and I live in NY and bought a house in Gulfport that needed a total renovation and hired BSL upon recommendation from our realtor. Marion kept us updated throughout the process with phone calls, videos, FaceTime, etc. He proved himself and his team to be extremely reliable and trustworthy and made the long distance project as stress-free as possible.
Marion also went above and beyond for us. He still does. Being out of state, we sometimes need very small jobs done that most contractors would determine not worthwhile (like replace a doorknob or change a light fixture), and Marion has handled them for us between jobs. His customer service is unparalleled.

I would highly recommend them! As a Property Manager they have been one of our go to’s for our coastal rentals! They are super professional, responsive, and do great work! They cover a multitude of issues, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small repairs etc and I genuinely don’t think there’s a job too big or too small. They are worth the call!
