I had problems finding a contractor to even give me a quote for my porch but eventually I came across BRW construction and Brian. I was pleasantly surprised with his prompt replies and accurate answers to my questions. He had a short timeframe to complete the project and even though it was a very hot two weeks he completed it on time and exactly the way we agreed on. I would highly recommend them for any projects you have him do for you. Had no problems leaving this review which really isn’t my thing.
Brian and staff were professional from the bid process to the completion of my deck project. They went out of their way to accommodate all my familys needs and concerns. I recommend them 100% actually going to have them do a retaining wall for me next year
BRW construction restored my faith in contractors. After a very unfortunate experience with a contractor in Vermont I was ambivalent about being able to find a contractor that honored his work and his word. I had called several contractors before finding BRW and they turned down attempting to fix our very old, very uneven pool patio due to difficulty/ not being a costly enough project for them to accept.
Brian and Tim not only accepted our project but gave us a fair price and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new deck, gazebo, and screen door installations.They had everything done in about two weeks just in time for pool opening.They worked in the rain, in the heat, and on weekends. The deck is beautiful and they even bolted the gazebo to the deck and hung up the curtains to the gazebo. They also built a new porch to replace our old rotting steps leading out to deck. The before and after photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for future projects.
