My guys drop a tree log on a neighbor’s house and had gotten required to replace a whole roof so I went to this place and found that they have the best price in town!!! I used other places before and realized that I should had been coming to this spot long time ago. Customers service and materials products sell are above average. Recommended for all roofers and do it yourself people.

I spoke to Andres when I called the main number asking for shingle sample boards in GAF Driftwood & Golden Harvest. Andres said he checked and they have the samples in stock at the Norcross location.
I just drove 1 hour one way to find out BRS doesn’t carry those sample boards and never had them in stock at the Norcross location. Andres doesn’t even work at that location and was working from a separate location. Complete waste of time and gas, wouldn’t recommend this company if they paid me to! If they can’t handle keeping up with sample board stock, they won’t be able to take care of your professional roofing needs.

Got a quote and a delivery date and when it came time to make the purchase the price and delivery date both changed, and changed a lot. Can't say it was intentional, but the result was a negative impact on the project schedule for my customer. It you need predictability and dependability, this may not be your best option. Then again, it could have been a one off.

For reference, I was looking for siding and not roofing.

I feel I was cheated out of my money. I was told I was getting new shingles with warranty, well shingles happen to not be new, also they had different codes and the bundles which made the colors not match. When I brought the issue up to the manager he basically told me there is nothing he can do. So really they won’t even cover the warranty… I will be placing a law suit soon. I was still open to fixing this out of court but they leave me no choice. Es el tipo de basura que venden les ise saber el mugrero de Teja y me dijeron que terminara el trabajo que compañía se asía responsable pero aora me dieron la espalda ni tan siquiera con la mitad de materia me quisieron alludar tengan cuidado amigos ruferos con este tipo de jente

I must have called Daniel at BRS no less than 20 times due to my inability to make a decision on a new roof color. He sent me addresses of newly installed roofs so I could compare colors and styles. These people are amazing, and I would suggest only buying from them! Prices were very competitive and the delivery was very very quick. Can’t say enough good things about them -especially in contrast to “the big competition”!

One of the worst experiences I've had when it comes to getting shingle. The customer service here and quality of materials (especially for the price you're paying) isnt worth putting up with. I would definitely take my business elsewhere. Go to any other roofing supply warehouse for better quality product and customer service!
