A five star experience from start to finish! After a recent storm we noticed a small leak in ceiling of our master bedroom and knew it was time to replace our decades old tile roof. Jesse, our project manager, showed up on time and I was pleased to learn that he had done several roofing jobs in our neighborhood. He took measurements, pointed out various issues and how best to correct them and made suggestions about improving our roof vents and flashing to bring our roof up to current code. Jesse's knowledge, sincerity and enthusiasm immediately sold me on Brown Roofing. A few hours later we received an estimate that outlined every step of the job, the materials that would be used and a detailed cost breakdown. Impressive, to say the least.

On our start date a crew of five arrived just after sunrise and immediately got to work. I was impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and ability to play well together — all signs of an experienced and dependable crew. Jesse showed up early that morning to meet with us and stopped by throughout the day to check on progress and answer our questions. Craig, the company owner, also stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we knew he was closely monitoring the job. We found that very reassuring as reroofing is expensive and we wanted to be absolutely sure the job was done right.

The work on our 1,800 sq. ft. single story home was completed in under three days thanks to the hard-working crew. At the end of each day the guys cleaned up all of the debris from our driveway and yard, leaving our place cleaner than it was before work started. The level of detail and expertise that Jesse and his crew brought to the job was outstanding, including pressure washing our driveway to remove the tire tracks left by their haul-away trailer. While not the cheapest bid we received, it was well worth every penny we paid and in retrospect a bargain considering the eace of mind that comes from knowing the job was done right.

In summary, we’re beyond pleased with Brown Roofing and will happily recommend the business to family and friends. I give them my very highest recommendation.

Brown Roofing was very professional throughout the entire process of re-roofing our home. We interviewed multiple roofing companies before we selected Brown Roofing. Recently had roof completely redone by Brown Roofing. A bit of a coordinated effort with a few other contractors, as there were ancient relics on the roof as well that needed to go. I did get a few bids for the work, and Brown was not the cheapest - however i do believe the success or failure of a roof has much to do with the quality of the installation. Their workmanship warranty was also the best, which speaks toward the confidence they have in their work. For this job, Jesse was the mastermind. He spent a few hours with me prior to the work, ensuring i was comfortable with the service Brown provides. Never once felt pressured. His crew took their time to make sure the job was done right.

Brown Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof. We learned of them from another homeowner in our neighborhood who was very happy with their work. Brown Roofing was not the lowest of the three estimates, nor were the highest. But their representative impressed with his knowledge of roofing materials, both shingles and a number of vents we wanted installed. They arrived on start day early in the a.m. and went right to work. Took 2.5 days to finish a 1500 sq. ft. home. They were careful not to damage any of the plants next to the house. Two or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof. I had a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks. Brown was the most thorough and professional of the companies interviewed for my tile roof replacement project. Everything was explained in detail and any questions answered. The entire process from bid to completion was very smooth. I also liked that their underlayment products come standard w/ a 20yr warranty. No upselling as seen from other companies. Kudos as well to Debbie who handles scheduling and invoice.. due to a cancellation she reached out and offered me the opportunity for my job to start 2 weeks early. When work began I was introduced to the foreman and crew. They arrived early every morning and worked diligently throughout the day. You know how they tell you to get at least 3 quotes? Well, my husband was so comfortable with Brown Roofing he hired them immediately for our concrete tile roof. Quote was fair. They came exactly on the date and time stated. The work was well done. Very careful and thorough. The workers cleaned up after each day. It was a quality job.
My only regret - that Brown Roofing doesn't do general contractor work. There are other projects at my home, and I would gladly hire them for other jobs.

I recently had my shingle roof replaced. Brown Roofing came in with the lowest bid of 3 vendors. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks which was impressive. A friend of mine recently used them and said they did an excellent job on his house. They completed the job in 1 day and left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. The owner Craig even helped me out by extending out 2 scuppers which were not in the original scope of work. When I need to have my flat roof redone, I’ll be calling Brown Roofing!

We are very satisfied regarding our experience with Brown Roofing. They performed a roof replacement for us - basically taking the roof down to the plywood and replacing everything except reusing tiles that were still in good shape. From the initial meeting and quote to the scheduling and performing the work, everyone we dealt with was conscientious and professional including the office staff and installers. The quote we received was competitive, and the quality of work appears to be very good. The installation process and material were explained to us in detail, and the process went exactly as described: it started on the day they told us it would and took 4 days to complete as advertised. Craig Brown or Jesse Coder were there at the beginning and end and during the installation to check on the progress. Based on our experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Brown Roofing.

Replacing a roof is never fun or something anyone wants to do. It is expensive, stressful and time consuming. Jesse and team made the whole process as easy as possible. Fair price with quality results. Brown Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on my roof. Jesse and Craig were both very responsive and provided details throughout the job. They did the work on the stated timeline, cleaned up after each day, and ended the job leaving my yard cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Replacement boards were painted and with the three-inch bird-stop, the roof now looks refreshed and updated. After solar panels were installed, Jesse quickly came back to inspect the roof to ensure no damage was done. Should anything arise in the future, I feel confident they will respond quickly. I received quotes from a half dozen roofers and during my HVAC company A/C install I was referred to Brown Roofing. I called and spoke to Debbie to set up an appointment. Craig came out and explained in detail what he does and won the final bid. His bid includes double layer underlayment as a standard, bird stops and additional roof vents that were not offered by any of the other companies, and has the absolute best warranty.

I had Brown Roofing come to my house and do a roof inspection, which was free of charge. They showed me everything that needed attention, as well as the things that didn't. I felt they were very honest and they didn't try to sell me on a single thing, or make me worry about things that didn't matter, explaining everything along the way. They were very friendly as well, and I will not hesitate to contact them again if I need any work done in the future.

Had Brown Roofing come out to take a look at a couple of roof leaks. Craig was super friendly and gave an honest estimation of the problem. It took Craig no time at all to fix the issue. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had with a home repair, we'll definitely call Brown Roofing again if we have any more roof problems in the future.

From initial contact with Debbie to set up an appointment for the estimate from Jesse to completion of the project, all went smoothly.

The Brown Roofing team managed to get all of the new underlayment down before a monsoon storm with torrential rain came through the morning of their last day on the job. There were no leaks!

Also, the team did an excellent job removing the existing tile and saving most of it to put back over the underlayment.

As monsoon season went into full swing, we noticed our sky lights were leaking on our 30 year old roof. We called several roofers and got estimates to replace the entire roof, inculding skylights, and decided to go with Brown.

The owner, Craig Brown, personally did the initial inspection and answered all the questions that we had. Brown was not the cheapest estimate, but it was close. What really impressed me about Brown, was that everything was included in the estimate. Unlike most of the other roofers that gave us estimates, Brown did not charge extra to replace damaged wood or tiles or to install additional vents. They used 2-ply underlayment with a greater overlap than other companies.

And they went beyond just repairing the roof. They painted wood that was now exposed due to the new tile placement. They removed an old satellite dish and repaired the damage to the wood that the orginal installer had caused. They even fixed the latch on my back gate! The Brown roofing crew was professional, polite and experieneced. They were able to compelete the entire job in less than a week and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving each day. They were meticulous in making sure there were no nails or trash left behind when the job was finished.

I appreciate that Craig was able to get us scheduled qucikly due to the leak and it being monsoon season. I am very satisfied with my new roof and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Brown Roofing.

We had Brown Roofing replace our shingle roof about two years ago, and from start to finish, everything went great. Two years later and they took care of us on patching areas after having some AC work done and the old swamp cooler taken out. They made everything match and looks great. Very satisfied.

We recently had our tile roof underlayment replaced and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. Jesse came out to inspect our roof, then worked up an estimate based on what needed to be done. He took the the time to explain everything and was very responsive when I had follow up questions. There's a lot going on with a roof replacement, so it can be a bit overwhelming. Their estimate for the job was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but right in the middle and the best value. I will say the price estimated is the price I paid. Not a penny more. No upsells and didn't nickel and dime me with extras as added expenses to complete the work. Each roof is different of course. Craig and his crew arrived on the first day on time, ready to go and throughout the week. Craig stopped by each day to check progress and answer any questions I had about the work. The crew also did a great job cleaning up each day. I would highly recommend them.

I chose this company because of it's 5 star rating and great reviews. So I set up an appointment with Debbie (who was very nice and professional) to have someone from this company come look at my roof due to damage we had incurred from a previous rain. I took off the two hours on the morning he was going to come -- no call/no show, so I had to head into work. Two hours later I get a text that he had to help on a roof due to worker shortage, so I understood, these things happen.

The problem is he said they would be done by noon and he should be able to come by. No call, so I left a message for him to find out the status------- NEVER heard another thing.

Communication is key for any business and when you say you are going to do something I expect you to do just that. I have been in customer service for my entire working career and would never drop the ball as was done with the individual from this company.

Brown did my shingle and roll roofing job. It was a significant 5 ½ day job including decking and facia. What Craig quoted was the same as the final bill. There were no upcharges. The crew were thorough and detailed. They also cleaned up the site each day. Craig (owner) started the job, taking time to walk me through the whole job, continually asking if I had any more questions. He was on site at least once a day. They will be my first call on my next roofing job.

Craig Brown and his team made the whole roof replacement process easy. From quote to completion he and his team were very professional, on time and efficient.

Our home is 20 years old and the roof had a small drip when it rained last spring. We researched several local roofers and Brown Roofing kept coming up a the top of the ratings.

We called and spoke to Debbie, and Jesse came out and did a walk on the roof, and took pictures, and took the time to explain that our entire roof needed fixing and why (the builder had shorted us on tiles and nails).

The quote was reasonable and the timing was right. The crew showed up on time, and worked hard and fast and finished the entire job in 2 days!

They have great attention to detail - example - they painted the wood roof trim as part of the job, and we bought a color of paint that we thought was good, but Craig noticed it didn't look right and called our attention to it. We got new paint and the next day they re-painted all the wood for us - and the whole roof, and the trim look great!

They cleaned up the yard (removed the nails, and debris) and the whole house looks great, like we got an update!!!
