I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.

I contracted with D&L Commercial lRoofing Southwest to re-roof my home in Scottsdale, they were very courteous clean and professional, would recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a fair price.

same experience as the other reviewer. paid a down pmt in dec 2017 someone came out a couple times in jan 2018 and did some work but it was not completed. I was told numerous times for months that steve would be out to finish and never showed, always had a excuse. filed complaint w BBB roof still never repaired. monsoons damaged any work that was done in January. I have an open complaint with az registrar of contractors they are past the due date for repairing our roof. I hope their license is revoked. no business should be able to get away with this. DO NOT USE this business!

Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware
