I paid them $25,000 in November to do a restore on my upstairs and kitchen The only thing that was done is drywall they refuse to communicate extremely poor service they refuse to give me their business license dumper number which I will list cuz I'm sure somebody else is going to need it ROC # 318595. I actually had to contact the better Business bureau to help with a lawsuit. I've never dealt with a worse company

Pelican Power Construction had the lower quote of another company. They communicated well and did a quick quote and scheduled work for the next day. Glad I found them.

Was a great experience using Pelican Power to replace my roof of over 25 years old. Patrick is the supervisor and I felt very comfortable if I had any concerns I could text him and he would answer on the spot. The crew always showed up on time and never left for the night without totally cleaning up after themselves. I had an issue with a wire on my A/C coming loose on my roof and Patrick made sure to take care of it at their expense. If you need a new roof you will have a great experience using Pelican Power.

I recently discovered a leak and water damage in my ceiling. Pelican Power Company came out in a timely manner and gave me a reasonable quote to fix my roof and repair the damage inside. The repair was timely and very well done. I recommend to others with water damage or roof damage.

The entire Pelican team did an excellent job from evaluation to completion of my roof. My roof looks excellent, was finished quickly, and the attention to quality is amazing. As you can imagine, during monsoon season, the completion of this project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality was a huge concern. I would highly recommend this team of professionals and plan to use them on future jobs.

After experiencing some leaks during the last rainfall, we called Pelican Power. Patrick came out promptly and inspected our flat roof. He provided us with a set of pictures detailing the problems and went over his estimate thoroughly so we could understand the cost of labor and materials. His crew came just two days later and finish the work in one day. They did an excellent job of cleanup. Patrick provided a complete set of pictures of the finished work. He also provided an invoice which had No additional charges. All in all - A job well done! We would highly recommend Patrick and Pelican Power.

Patrick was quick to respond and gave us a fair quote for replacing our flat roof. There was water damage to the front and Patrick and his crew were able to quickly assess the damage, repair or replace what was needed, and install the new materials. The job was done in a day and a half with everything cleaned up amazingly well! I know that Pelican Power has other services besides roof repair/replace and we will definitely call them when we have another project.

Pelican did an outstanding job on the repairs to my house after water damage. The work was first rate. They stayed in touch with me at every step of the way. They were great to work with, and the work was top notch. I recommend them without reservation.

We had a leak in our shower. Because we did not want to damage the interior shower wall tile, the repair had to be done by removing part of the exterior wall. Pelican's technician was able to remove the exterior wall, replace the leaky valve (copper pipe cutting and repair) and then repair and repaint the exterior wall. Great job done by just one technician. Pelican responded quickly and got the job done within 1 week of initial request.

I'm very please and grateful for this crew! I had a roof emergency, where part of my roof began leaking directly into my guest bedroom while it was raining. Henry was patient and willing to work with me as I arranged options to cover costs. Henry and Patrick are considerate and prompt and call when they say they will. On the same day Henry contacted me to set up a scheduled start date for the 3 day job. I paid the required down payment so they could order the material and get on the schedule. The schedule was for the very next week. The rains came and set back the project several days. The crew was very hard working and cleaned up, after everyday of work. I might add, that Pelican Power was monitoring rain conditions so the work was completed with ideal conditions. When work was completed, Henry contacted me, to inquire how the project went and was I satisfied? The balance payment was made and I received a paid in full receipt immediately. The quality of the communication and work of Pelican Power was excellent! I might add, that the quote was below other prices that I received from other estimates. We discovered the gutter on one side of the house had fallen so we put out a request for quotes. Patrick at Pelican Power was in quick and regular contact with us through the quote and scheduling phase. Within 2 days of contact, it was fixed (on a Sunday!), and that was with losing a day for weather. The team was professional and courteous and the pricing fair. Pelican will be my first call for future projects.

This is a great company to work with. We had storm damage from the Nov. 19/20 rain in AZ. My State Farm agent referred me to Pelican who was out to my home within a day. After meeting and learning the scope of work, they guided me through the claims process at the same time they were mitigating the tremendous damage. Claims were delayed because of how much damage was occurring in the area; yet Pelican worked with me and State Farm to get the job done before Christmas, the first one we planned to have in our home since the death of our oldest son in 2012. Patrick made the whole thing bearable, communicated every step along the way and got the roofs taken care of with one day to spare before family arrives. They helped make the interior damage "livable" until guests leave, and will finish the interior after Christmas. Thanks, Pelican. I'll call on you again if I need help.

Having some experience in younger days on houses, kept eye on work as my roof replacement progressed. Times have changed Poroaches in roofing to improve installation and pelican crew answered any questions I had and explained the updated construction approaches. Having a rock yard and plant area, cleanup was a challenge for nails and they were as efficient as could be expected.
Work is excellent and it was done in a timely manner.

Patrick was very professional as is his staff. I was VERY Leary about getting windows as another contractor had stolen my 50% down and never installed anything. Patrick gave me faith back in my fellow man. Windows are exciting and today the Pelican crew is here as promised making my windows safe and sound. These guys were great had a sewer line break and they came out on a Sunday with plumbers and gave a detail work and estimate and were far more reasonable than another large company. The work was done quickly ahead of time and supervisor explained every step of the way. The crew cleaned up every step of the way and workers were professional, and I would recommend them for all your repair/ restore needs.

Pelican was recommended by our insurance company. Overall, we were happy with the work. They replaced a fence that was damaged in a recent storm, repaired some gutters for us, and painted the house. As far as intervening in the time of water damage emergency, Pelican was prompt and provided emergency service at 7pm within a hour of my call.

Pelican came to the rescue when we needed them desperately after the Fall 2018 record rainfall caused a leaky roof to cave in and ruin the paint, ceiling and carpeting in our guest bedroom. They were on the spot as soon as our insurance gave the green light, even before, cutting away ruined plaster in the roof and carpeting and checking for mold. Then, over the course of two visits, they fixed the ceiling and walls and then installed entirely new flooring, with worksmanship that can only be ranked as first rate. Thanks, Pelican.
