We have used Brotherhood Roofing for our roof replacement twice. I recently had a leak near the dryer vent on the roof that leaked into a light in the ceiling. I made a call and Sebastian was here the next day to repair cracked caulking that caused the leak. We have had a few rainy days since the repair and all seems good. The service and follow up is always easy and fast. When the need arises, we will use them again.

I highly recommend this company. I have used several roofing companies over the years and hands down, Brotherhood roofing has provided the best service. Not only do they do outstanding work, they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.

Came out next day after contact for roof inspection. I had a new build and my builder has basically abandoned me, but there was a leak coming from somewhere and I didn't know if it was the windows or the roof. He came and said the roof looks great, only a few minor spots that are easily fixable by me with some sealant. Even gave me a free tube of caulk to handle it to boot.

They took care of everything. They met with the appraiser from insurance, they already had things marked out for review. They reviewed the report with me and worked with the insurance to make sure the job was complete and competent. High quality materials and fast install. I have more than 4,000 ft2 under roof. They had enough people on the crew to complete the work in one day. It was a long day and they finished. Highly recommended.

We've worked with Sebastian twice over the years. The first time they installed an entire new roof about 8 years ago. They did an excellent job and Sebastian is a great communicator and keeps you updated on progress.

This latest time was late last year when the wind blew the roof off of our pergola and was blocking the alley. They were very busy (as was everyone at the time) but took the time to come and secure the site at no charge for us until they could get back out and complete the job. A+ highly recommend.

Amazing service with compassion and urgency is what I have experienced with this company over the last 6-7 years. They replaced our roof in 2016 and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure it was taken care of. We contacted them about a leak around the chimney and they repaired same day a couple years later..Yesterday, I called them in a panic because one of the exhaust caps blew off in the high winds and left a hole in the roof. I knew there was rain in the forecast this week, so I called them, desperate to get someone to come by and fix it. Well, they delivered. They came and installed a new cap next day just before the rain came through. They sent photos and an invoice to wrap things up. I've never been so grateful for such an honest, efficient company with great people!

I want to shout out loud and say if you have Roofing or Gutter problem the Brotherhood roofing is the one you should hire. We had a big Hail storm and contacted several roofing companies and was not comfortable with any of them, until we contacted Brotherhood Roofing. From the first contact on the phone Sebastian the owner was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable about roofing and insurance process. After inspection he discovered some

issues that we were not aware of and took over the speaking with the insurance adjuster and not only saved us another 20% but also did an outstanding job on replacing our roof and gutters. Our roof has never looked so good before. Everything happened the way he had explained to us before

Brotherhood Roofing were amazing. We had a lot of damage from the Texas Winter storm. Sebastian was pleasant and easy to work with. He communicated well with us and provided excellent service. His team did great, a little rain stopped the show but they were back on once it passed and still completed the job less than a day. Amazing. I love my new roof. Call them they will get you right. Roofing, sheetrock repair, roof leak, painting, gutters, fence, etc. All the work was completed ahead of schedule. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Sebastian offered the best value by far with zero haggle or negotiation needed. Offer included best price and best materials (name brand/superior class of shingles).
The contract was clear, concise, and left me without any questions.
The crew arrived on the correct day and, precisely, on time. The job took 5 hours start to finish including a long clean up. (I think the guy pushing the magnet around, to get all the nails, was burning a bit of time, but I bet there’s no nails in my yard.)
Each and every product offered was on site and was installed (personally observed).
The foreman of the crew, Juan, was awesome. He knew, and articulated on, every aspect of the product and installation. There was not 1 question I asked that he failed to answer to my satisfaction.
End of story: I believe that putting your trust in Sebastian and Juan will serve you well.

After the massive hail storm in Keller, TX, I received visits of several representatives of roofing companies.
None of them were decision makers and the process was taking forever.
I contacted Sebastian from Brotherhood Roofing, who owns the business. He does not only deal directly with customers, but introduces you to his crew and is on top of everything.
In two days I had new roof, gutters and window screens plus fence power wash & stain. Garage doors were also repaired.

Brotherhood Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof and overseeing new gutter install last July. There were no surprises and the quality of craftsmanship was very impressive.
A few weeks ago a part of our new gutters were over flowing and not draining. I called Sebastian to get his thoughts and he sent Juan and a team member over to check it out.
My gutter was clogged with leaves. Not only did they clean the cutter out but they also trimmed my tree limbs away from the gutter! No charge!

We had a roof leak and upon making contact with the company we were able to get immediate responses and quick turnaround. They scheduled for their repairs the next day, roofer come out and found the underlying issue of the leak (cracked vent installed per builder under the shingles) and they made repairs immediately. Perfect timing as the weather forecasted a weeks long storm that would have caused further damage to our home. The owner, kindly followed up with us a few days later to make sure there were no further issues and if not resolved they would send someone right away. For emergencies like this we really appreciated their quick response time. Great customer service, we highly recommend Brotherhood Roofing.

This team was incredible. I was referred to Brotherhood Roofing from a neighbor. The first time I experienced a TExas windstorm they were out THE NEXT DAY for an inspection and repair. Just used them again after some snow damage and they were here in less than 48 to inspect and repair! Highly recommend.

I called Brotherhood Roofing as the high winds had dislodged a roof shingle. Sebastian had his crew over the next morning to reinstall the shingle and check the roof for any other issues and some preventive maintenance. the job was done flawlessly!! Even though things are really busy right now, since a lot of roofers have gone out of business due to Covid, Sebastian Nosrati found time to fit our house in. During the last heavy rainfall at our house, water leaked into one of our rooms. Sebastian promptly arrived when he said he would, after calling ahead first. He was masked up for Covid. I showed him the room where the leak had occurred and he put up a ladder and checked out the roof. He discovered there was a vent seal that had broken due to the "cold" rain causing the sealing caulk to shrink. He re-caulked the seal to prevent future leaking and gave me advice about having the roof checked out every two or three years to see if any vent seals have problems and need to be refreshed.

Sebastian is one of the nicest guys I've met in quite a while. He was "very" professional and personable. I liked him a lot. He gave me a card and told me to give him a call, if there is any leaking in the next heavy rainfall.

Brotherhood replaced my roof after a hailstorm several years ago and did so quickly and with a super crew. What impressed me most was that they did not do as other roofers in my neighborhood did, they fully staffed the crew and finished the job quickly as planned.consequently, dissatisfied neighbors were calling me to find out our roofer. Later, I had a couple of shingles blown off in a windstorm and Sebastian had his crew out immediately to repair things at no cost to me.
