I have used this company for a couple different properties and have always been very satisfied. Excellent service and the prices were very good as well.
I made an appointment for an estimate for roofing and gutters on my mother's house. The person doing the estimate never showed, I waited 45 minutes. I drove 1 hour to and from my mother's home to meet the estimator. Never got a call that they would be late or any other excuse. How can a business survive with this totally unacceptable business behavior? I was going to call them, but decided not to because I would NEVER want to do business with Brookfield Roofing, and there is NO EXCUSE for the way I was treated!
I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I needed a carpet cleaner to come in at one of my properties before a new tenant arrived. They came out the next day, were reasonably priced and did a great job!
