Broken Arrow Plumbing

We had a home built and they were the plumbers. Trying to figure out why we have hard water still so we called a few different companies and the manufacturer of our softner. Well they installed a water sofnter that's not even efficient for our size of family of 4 and our house!!! It's a 32,000 and we need a 64,000!! So now we are out another 4 grand for a new one!! Could have been the crooked builder, GTM Builders, trying to make more money off of us and charge for the size we should have got. But still be a reputable company and don't install softners that are not efficient or doing any good for your customers. We also have had a leaking toliet and gurling bathtub. Avoid this company and for sure GTM!!! You can read my reviews on them later when I can attach all the pictures.

They did the basement plumbing on a house we had built by GTM a little less then 2 years after moving in we had the basement finished. They have done all the plumbing drain system on the house except one 5-6’ drain added for the basement bath sink. We are having a vent issue and have put a studor vent on but it never fixed the issue so we contacted them to see if they could come take a look at it since they would be more familiar wi th the system. We talk with them for a short time discussing the issue and then the phone disconnects and we have been unable to get a reply from them on either number or get them to schedule a time to come do work on the issue for a week now. We aren’t trying to get free work just trying to get someone familiar with the system to come take a look and give us a bid. It is completely unprofessional of a company who claims to be the best in their business in the state

I'm very happy with Broken Arrows service and professionalism. I had them do two different jobs, and each time Taylor was prompt, friendly and did excellent work. The cost was very reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend them!
