They came to do a wet check for my insurance after a sewage backup, and were they very helpful and informative about what they were looking for and treating. They showed up precisely when they said they would on New Year's Day. Great service.

I had some water damage due to a water leak. ServiceMaster came to look @ it within a couple hours of calling. They assessed the area and let me know we had done well taking care of it. They were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with their promptness and great customer service.

We noticed our drywall bubbling and knew we had some type of leak. We called ServiceMaster and had Johnny come out within a few hrs. He was able to pin point the leak and gave us recommendations to fix. He was awesome and took great care of us. Johnny def deserves a promotion. We would definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job while cleaning smoke damage in my parents house, went above and beyond even left a personal touch on the areas they worked on, leaving everything well placed like they would have their own home. Nothing was damaged, stolen or even misplaced and I was personally impressed that the man took the time to even bring his family in to finish the job and clearly he’s doing a good job raising his older kids that came in and displayed that much care and work ethic along side him and his wife

Earlier today, we woke up to a pipe that was leaking and had saturated the carpet in the adjoining room. We made the phone call to Service Master and they were at our residence before noon. The crew was led by Johnny, they had the cabinets out, the carpet pulled up, and the crawl space airing out with fans before leaving around 2pm. This crew was very respectful they went the extra mile to cover the furniture in the adjoining room before they started any work. Thank you all!

We had a flood in our basement a few weeks ago. My husband has a bad back and I was under doctor’s orders not to lift over 10 pounds. We couldn’t clean up the flood ourselves. We live in Elko, Nevada and there isn’t a flood clean up company here locally. We called Service Masters in Tooele. They responded immediately and were able to come the next day to sort, move, and dry out everything. They left many fans and dehumidifiers running for almost a week until everything was dry. They were very professional, efficient, and kind. We would recommend them to anyone that is dealing with flooding issues. They were wonderful.

Chris was amazing! As was the other gentleman he was with, they worked quickly and efficiently made sure any questions I had were answered and kept in contact on when they would be there! Very professional and completed the task in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend, as is we will be having them do the restoring of our water issue for our house!

This is my second time using them and they did not disappoint. Service Master gets there quickly and uses the right equipment needed for the job. I fully recommend using them. We want to thank all the people of Service Master of Tooele County for coming out to help us when our roof leaked onto our bathroom ceiling. We are so thankful that this company would come all the way from Tooele to Elko, Nevada since no one in Elko could help us with our problem. Words cannot begin to express how appreciative of ServiceMaster Restore of Tooele county. I had some water damage and my homeowners insurance set me up with ServiceMaster. They came out same day to assess damage. Although it's not what I wanted to see or hear, they were rock stars throughout the cleanup process. Chris, Mikey, Johnny, and Alejandro were amazing, along with the other crew. Chris was always on top of communication with me and setting expectations. They helped move stuff out of the impacted rooms, got all of the wet stuff out, set up fans, and engaged with me daily. These guys work seven days a week, and I've never seen such hard work and dedication before. They really are saving lives and putting them back together. The work was top notch and I was happy to be back in my place after a few days. They were funny, personable, understanding, and great to work with; even when I was going through one of the hardest things I've ever experienced in my life. Service Master was great when the city sewer line backed up and flooded our basement. They traveled a far distance and quick to help us out. They were great when the city we live in didn't want to pay for the clean up and did everything they could to help us out. We had water damage that destroyed a good amount of our lower home, I was an emotional wreck but Ovi and his team were absolutely amazing!!! So knowledgeable and addressed my concerns about mold and keeping my family safe!! Will always use them in the future!!!!

I had a 40 foot x 15 foot metal patio with 2.5 ft of snow and ice on it collapse. Amy sent a crew and they was amazing they had it all taken down and removed from my back yard in a few hours. it was amazing also they rescued my items that was not damaged by the collapse. Service masters was incredibly easy to work with. I called them and let them know my roof had a leak in it and I asked if they had time to check it out, they were able to send Johnny and his team out same day at night to come take look for me and then they were able to guide me in the right direction and get it taken care of first thing the next morning! Johnny was amazing to work with, very communicative and sent pictures and updates while they were getting the work done since I was at work and not able to be there! Highly recommend!!

Ovi and his staff were incredibly helpful, at a challenging time for us. Hurricane Ida caused roof damage to our house that led to water coming in and the ceilings to collapse. Johnny and the crew were so caring and helpful in packing things up, removal of water damaged items, and essentially gutting several rooms. Their patience in working with us is forever appreciated. This company is top notch. Our church was broken into. Lots of windows that needed glass cleaned up and boarded. They were awesome. Great communication. Really professional. Would highly recommend.

I came home to a flooded house on the 4th of July. I was at a loss of what to do and who to call. It was messy situation and I was very worried about the situation. Service masters answered their phone in the middle of the night on a holiday. They even showed up to my house within minutes of calling them. Johnny, Ovi, Chris, Jose, and all of the others who showed up to take care of our water leak are the absolute best. They came out to help they assesed the situation and they put my mind at ease I was so worried. They were quick to clean the mess up. They walked me through the house and told me every step they were going to take to clean up and prevent further damage. They moved all of our stuff to a safe place and quickly whent to work tearing out stuff that needed to go. Johnny, Doru, and Chance came out the same day my basement flooded from ground water. They were extremely knowledgeable about the problem and provided excellent service the entire time. Ovi and his team are the best! Houston Texas had hundreds of thousands of people with pipes that burst. We could not find anyone to help my elderly parents take care of their water damage. They were very professional, and thorough with their work and took the time to listen to our concerns and address every one of them. We would highly recommend them!

We’ve had some minor and major water leaking issues in our condo and every since time we contacted Service Master, they were quick to assess the issues the same day. The project managers are professional, have a great deal of experience and knowledge. These guys are the best! We had water coming out of one of our basement can lights and they helped us pinpoint the source and set up equipment on 3 levels of our house to dry the area out. I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in a few rooms in my basement due to my water heater leaking out. I put in a claim with my home insurance, and was very worried about long-term damage, mold, etc. Service Master came immediately, and took care of everything. In about a half-day, they did what looked to me like at least a full day's work -- moved everything in the living room & put it all under plastic; pulled up the carpet in 3 rooms, a hallway, & stairs & sanitized everything, pulled the toilet and vanity out of the bathroom, and cut all the drywall 2 feet up that was potentially damaged. Then they placed fans/humidifier's/dryers everywhere to run for a few days. Completely took care of the damage & put my mind at ease. If you ever have damage to your house or business, I'd recommend calling them first.

Had an issue with some water damage in our house was referred to Ovi Pondina by our insurance provider. Ovi contacted me that same day and was able to also come by that same day I was very pleased with how quickly his was able to come help and how great the service was I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! Fast response. Our agent at Allstate referred Servicemaster to us and now we know why. They first assessed the damage and the next day Johnny was out with a crew removing the damaged sheetrock and insulation. They had many fans and an 'air scrubber ' and moisture removal machines for both our upstairs and downstairs rooms for our water damage. Johnny was very helpful with questions and went above and beyond. The owner Ovi Podina was amazing and was the first responder to our little mess. I highly recommend this company and the employees who serve it. They must be pretty great when an insurance company trusts them enough to refer their business.
