Wow ! This guy is rare.

We’ve been acquainted with Jeremy for four years. Recently he came out to check the AC unit, which turned out to be fine. It was the furnace, 30 years old, that needed work. In short order, he had the system in better shape than ever, charging us only his standard fee for the visit.

We live in Draper and pay Jeremy extra (though he does not raise the issue) for his drive from Tooele. We do this as small thanks for his skill and integrity, things that seem ever more precious in this day. We are glad to know him.

I really like this guy. He was quick and honest. We had no air conditioning all weekend long, owner came out and had us up and running in about 5 minutes. He was honest about the problem, and did not try to take advantage of our family. Can't say that with most contractors. ACE is my new go to with any problems. Thanks man!!!

He arrived slightly before he said he expected to be here.

He listened to me regarding the "symptoms" and actions that I had taken so far.

He found that the system worked after a quick fix as he started to do diagnosing troubleshooting.

He could tell that I was invested in what he was doing, so he spent a minute telling me what he planned for the next steps in diagnosing my specific system.

Absolutely great service! We had called one of the big HVAC companies to check out our son and daughter in laws AC that stopped working. That companies tech told them the only option was to replace the entire unit. That didn’t make sense so we did some research and tried some diy troubleshooting. We were able to find a couple of issues and address them. We got it working more than it was but were at the end of what we could do. Decided to contact someone local and they said they could come out the next morning which happened to be the 4th of July. Showed up when they said they would and fixed some of our DIY. Cleaned some parts that we missed and got everything up and running.
We didn’t have an “AC guy” before but now we do!

Jeremy was very responsive to my inquiries. Fair pricing and got our new system installed within a very reasonable time. He and his guys didn’t leave any mess, verified everything was working well before they left and they took care of everything with professionalism. They didn’t even seem bothered by my jerk of a dog who kept barking at them. I’d definitely refer anyone who needs a new HVAC system to Ace.

Jeremy and his team were fantastic! I just purchased a home a couple of weeks ago and I needed to replace an old furnace and add AC to a house that only had a swamp cooler. My invoice is what I was quoted, no surprises. He even let me know about a rebate available on my old furnace. I had to leave the house before they were done - they got the job done, didn't leave any mess and made sure to lock up the house for me. Jeremy answers the phone when you call and responds to messages immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anyone out there looking for any HVAC needs.

Called and he was able to help me walk through between pictures and talking to me how to reset our furnace after the recent power outages and now I know more about my furnace and didn’t even charge me. He has also replaced other family members furnaces and done amazing job so yes call Ace

The only company to answer their phone on a holiday. Came out right away. Very courteous and professional. Had the parts in their van. A/C repaired within 10 minutes. Much lower price than we thought it would be. This is the best one if you have a heating or AC problem.

My heater was out for this past weekend at the same time my appointment was already scheduled. Nobody wouldn't come out until Monday, so I bought a space heater on Facebook marketplace just to let this weekend pass by while I'm waiting for the HVAC to fix my furnace. I talked to a guy named Jeremy Powell, I wouldn't thought a good Samaritan he is would've answer his phone because it was the weekend. He fixed my heater over the phone. Imagine your central air breaking earlier this week. The blower motor making noises that it is on it's way out. It turns off more than it turns on. You know there's something wrong.

You're a DIYer and got some parts replaced, but you're just missing one more essential part of your recipe. I needed a capacitor for my central air and Jeremy was the man.

I was able to get a part from him and his pricing was very fair. He isn't chasing dollars and is more concerned about your AC working. That attitude is difficult to find.

You're a gem, Jeremy. Thank you. I super appreciate the fact that you cared more about getting my AC fixed, cuz you know I'm handy and you weren't about the service call bucks.

This company was what all companies should strive to be. They took my call late after I found the company I had before didn't work with my hone warranty company. They were early and the tech, Mike, did an amazing job both repairing my issue and educating me to make sure my hvac was working the best way possible. Just a great job all around!

I was having issues with my central air for the past few years. Finally tired of my a/c running 17 hours a day just to cool my house by 2 degrees, figured it was time for a new hvac system. Jeremy came and replaced the whole unit. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their's done.

My air conditioning quit working on a Friday, hottest day of the year, so we started panicking trying to find someone to come out. Someone came out Saturday morning and told me it was the compressor, that I needed to replace the whole unit for $3500-$4000. Ace text me shortly after letting me know they were available, stopped by my house and replaced the CAPACITOR. A $35.00 part. Air conditioner is running perfect again! I absolutely recommend Ace Heating and Air for any and all A/C needs. Fast, reliable service hands down. I will most definitely go with ace heating and air in the future.

They responded quickly to my call and worked me in to their busy schedule in the dead of winter to diagnose the horrible noise coming from my very old Lenox furnace that has run well for 40 years. Great company! I'm leaving for vegas tomorrow and my heater went out tonight at about 6 o'clock. It's now about 9:30 and my heater is on and running strong! They came right out after hours and got it fixed! Thank you so much!

My builder place the Air Conditioning unit on the Bedroom side of my house and it was waking my wife up in the night when it kicked on. I decided to have it moved to the other side of the house by Ace HVAC. Jeremy and Sean came out and gave me a bid for the work. I'm always willing to pay an agreed upon price before work commences (other subs tended too come back higher than agreed upon). They were able to complete the work faster than expected and came back with a lower price! Unheard of, right?!?! They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Called Ace Hvac and talked to a really nice lady and told her the problems I'm having with my heater. She had Jeremy and Nick come out right away they diagnosed the problem with the shop heater, fixed it and went the extra mile to seal the vent on the roof because they seen a little crack . Thought the price would be outrageous but nope it was very reasonable.
If you want professional, friendly, fair priced this is the place no more getting the run around from some of the other guys from now on I'm referring them and using there service .Thanks Again. .

Woke up this morning to a freezing cold house. Called Jeremy at Ace HVAC and he came right out with the part to fix it. Super friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend to all of my family and friends.

I bought a house and found out the thermostat was disconnected, I hooked it up and the unit put out barely cool air, I put my gages on it and the pressures were way too high so I let some freon out, the pressures would never stabilize and the air just got warmer, so I guessed the compressor was weak and called Jeramie. I had no idea who he was but he was a local guy that came right over that weekend. I knew this was going to be fun because I used to teach AC and I had the attitude that there was nothing he was going to put over on me. He came over and yep, compressor was gone and we agreed to put a little more freon in to get me by and it was getting dark and he said he would go under the house and look over the cooling unit when I was at work the next day. I came home and he was there and we had a bunch of mismatched parts that would never work right and then I discovered that this guy was no dummy, we had to replace everything with 1 sized unit and he stayed well after dark and a cooling it went, we drank alot of tea. He hooked me up on costs and went way beyond a regular install and he never upped the price or complained, about a month later a big bug got into the contactor and made it buzz real loud, he came over, put a new one in and hopped in his van and drove away, no cost, no complaints, this was 3 years ago and it costs less to cool this house than any around it, my family considers him a friend and would call him to come over and leave him a key to go in and fix what ever is wrong and he will lock it up when he leaves. Like him on face book and call him for any HVAC needs, residential or commercial, coolers, walkins or drop, and smokers too!!

Jeremy does excellent work! He installed an AC unit at my house this year. He bid the job several thousand less than the other companies. He made sure I understood what my house needed and how he was going to do it. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Awesome job!

Could not of been happier with the customer service I received from Jeremy. Although my service was just for routine maintenance, Jeremy made me feel extremely comfortable going into the winter months knowing my heating system would perform above standards. It was cold. Too cold. Turns out our furnace was on the fritz. Rather than turning in to the dad from "A Christmas Story", I put out a call for help on Facebook and asked friends for recommendations on who I should call. A LOT of them replied to call Jeremy with ACE Heating and Air. So I did.
I'm very PLEASED to say that the situation turned out well for us!
Not only was Jeremy able to narrow down what the issue was from the information I was able to provide him on the phone, he was patient and thorough in guiding me through a few tests to do on my end towards planning his service call. He was professional and courteous when he arrived - ON TIME. He was quick and efficient. And, best of all, he was able to create a temporary fix that allowed our home to warm back up, while he went to get the needed part to permanently fix the situation.

Worst Service EVER!!! A guy named Jeremy quoted me one price over the phone and came out to do the service and charged a whole different amount from what I was quoted over the phone. I called the office after being told by my employee that they charged more than they said and at first was talking to a nice lady and then she put another lady on the phone that was trying to tell me that she was standing next to Jeremy as he quoted my the price which I wrote down on my note pad when being quoted the price cause before I use anyone I usually call around to see who has the best price for the service, which was only a diagnostic anyway which should have only been $59.00 and they charged $79.00 since my employee did not know any different. To top it all off someone just turned the gas valve off on my deep fryer so they did not even need to do anything. WOW!!! THEY ALSO HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AND IF YOU DO I WOULD EXPECT TO GET SCREWED OVER!!!
