Quick roof replacement in bare days and with a payment plan to prepay & help spread the pain of a replacing a 20+ year old roof, and when a trickle was reported months later, they were at my house that day to diagnose (an unrelated to the roof problem: repointing needed at chimney stack), but retouched the flashing just in case. An amazing customer service experience, especially/even for a hiccup. Highly recommend!

I used Brodeur Roofing to build a new 18x20 structure over an existing patio and the results far surpassed my expectations! The location of the structure presented many challenges but Ryan had a perfect solution for every one of them. I was incredibly impressed with Ryan’s knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work! I absolutely love the new structure and it turned out way nicer than I had envisioned. The shingles, siding and trim all match the existing home exactly and it looks as though it has always been part of the house. Additionally Ryan repaired my roof/ flashing around my chimney saving me thousands in a much bigger repair.
From the beginning Ryan was very responsive and communicative. I heard back from him very shortly after I initially reached out and he was at my property to assess the job and provide a quote within a couple days. He started the project when he said he would and kept me apprised of where he was at with the project as well as any unforeseen issues that needed to be addressed throughout the project . He also worked very closely with the town to get through any possible delays with the permits. Each day he completely cleaned up the area he was working in and when the project was done you’d never even know it had been a work site. I highly recommend Ryan and Brodeur Roofing and I won’t hesitate to contact him again for additional work down the road!

We have owned two homes that both required considerable maintenance, and I’ve become familiar with the range of services one needs to complete big projects. Without question Brodeur Roofing is the best roofing contractor we have ever worked with. The owner/manager Ryan is professional, personable, thorough, and extremely easy to work with. He also really does care about the quality of the work his crew does and be is on site regularly, especially for the critical steps in challenging areas. The team arrived each day on time, and worked tirelessly often in weather I thought they’d quit early in but didn’t. The amount of attention to keeping our property clean and free of debris was great and regularly they even vacuumed our flowerbeds for the stray small chips of old shingles or tar paper. What really impressed us the most about this company was the fairness of the estimate and the reliable effort the team made to keep us informed at every step in the process. The final product was wonderful. We can’t recommend this roofing company more highly.

Really pleased with complete roof installation. Ryan kept me informed along the way and was always on time. Returned calls and delivered as promised. He recommended and installed fixes to existing problem areas to avoid future issues. For instance - installed a rigid ridge cap due to large opening in ridge - the old prior installation lacked rigid vent cap which resulted in depression and potential area for leaks. Highly recommend.

Ryan gave an honest quote and explained what I needed to have done on my roof. We agreed to a contract and they arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. (even though extra work was needed) Very honest and hard worker. We are very pleased with finished roof. Would highly recommend Ryan to everyone.

First off Ryan was easy to reach by phone and email. He promptly addressed all of our concerns. His price was extremely reasonable for replacing 1/2 the roof as we had a leak. Also, he performed the work ahead of schedule and completed it as promised. We would highly recommend his company for your roofing project.

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roofs on our home! Ryan walked us through the estimate, clearly pointing out areas that may require extra attention. His price is fair, and his workmanship is top of the line. When Ryan ran into an obstacle, such as discovering that the slats under the shingles were dry rotted and original to the year the house was built (1800's), he consulted us immediately. His communication throughout the project was great. Ryan and his team are hard, efficient workers. They showed up when they said they would and kept the site clean and safe. We couldn't be happier, and very highly recommend him!
