Red star roofing has done excellent job on our roof. We are working with them for last several years and we well satisfied with his work performance.
Red Star roofing was hired by our condo association and management company to fix the roof above my condo, which was causing a leak into my unit. The experience with this company was awful. Not only did they proceed to work on the wrong roof - my neighbor's, who has an adjoining unit - but, when they finally came to fix my roof a) they actually made the problem worse, so much so that I had to hire another company to fix it and b) they left the deck tiles, which sit on the roof, in a total state of disarray. After repeated harassment of the company, they came back and replaced the tiles, but they are still not level to this day. Again, I will have to hire another company to fix the problems that this company created.
On a separate occasion, this company was hired to do work on my neighbor's roof. Again, this company caused damage with their work - this time by tracking tar all across the shared stairs of our building. After complaining to the company, they denied responsibility.
I would never, ever work with this company again.
