This is the second time we have used Bright Home Delaware for installing Trimlights. Always a pleasure working with Carl Zitofsky and his office staff on getting our quote and getting scheduled. Carl Ewing was our installer for both locations. He always goes above and beyond with his quality of work and to make sure we understood the use of the app. Love it so much that we are getting our son's house done for him as a gift. Please emphasize to your employees the significance of excellent customer service and proper manners. When arriving at someone's property, it's essential to greet them courteously. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the young worker who visited, but he seemed quite unhappy and displayed a rude demeanor. Personal issues should be left behind when entering the work area.

We had a few bulbs that went bad, tech was here on time, courteous and quick to make the repairs.

Bright Home Delaware always makes everything easy. They take care of scheduling, ALWAYS there when they say they will be they are always professional looking and respect your property as it’s their own. I have them take care of Power Washing of our house and holiday lights installation and take down. Anytime there’s an issue (out bulb) they are quick with a response to replace. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Crew was on time as schedule, they were very friendly and knowledgeable of the changes needed to update the lighting system. They communicated the changes and confirmed them to me. After work was complete they had me verify the changes. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend Bright Home Of Delaware.

UPDATE: this is the third year we used Bright Home Delaware (previously Shack Shine) to put up our christmas lights. They are amazing. We used them previously for exterior house cleaning. And used them a few years back to purchase and install Christmas lights on the front of our home. Great communication, great customer service, and the house looks amazing!

Carl, the technician, was knowledgeable, communicative, friendly and efficient! They were actually early to the appointment. Our home literally shines — goodbye pollen, construction dust, algae, and bird droppings. He even hand squeegeed all our windows.
