Brick by Brick General Contracting was a lifesaver to us. Scott and his company knew exactly what to do when our new home's roof was severely damaged by Texas thunderstorms. He offered a replacement roof and other items that were damaged for more than fair prices, but what made the experience less painful and very reassuring was his personal service. I did not have to do most of the paperwork and correspondence with my insurance company because Scott did it for me. He represented my interests to the insurance company and argued for what I needed. The replacement roof and garage door was superior to what I originally had. Besides all of this, he was here everyday while his crews were here insuring they did it to his high standards. I was pleasantly surprised how he meticulously paid attention to details that I am sure others would have overlooked. If you have any contracting need, Brick by Brick is a necessity. Frankly, I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere.

Because of weird circumstances I have had 4 new roofs put on since 2019. Scott was in charge of all 4 and every time he, and his crew, did an outstanding job. He always did what he said he would do, and did it when he said he would. A man and company of honor and they won’t compromise quality. My husband and I highly recommend.

One word to describe Scott is INTEGRITY. His word is his bond, and he hires excellent workers who do excellent work. You can depend on him to carry through to get the job done right and timely for a fair price. I’m a widow on Social Security so every penny spent is critical. I depend on a job done right the first time! Scott replaced my roof in 2015 after several sequential hail/windstorms had torn it up. My roof is holding up very well even through all the inclement weather that has hit our neighborhood these years since. Neighbors that haven’t used Scott have had to have their roofs replaced or major repairs several times each over the years. Not me. I’d call Scott in a heartbeat whenever I have work to be done. Scott is extremely conscientious about getting the job done right and done in a timely manner. He is a man of strong family values who is training his sons the importance of hard work and a job done well by training them about his trade. He is extremely knowledgeable when dealing with insurance claims and is willing to walk his customers through the process each step of the way. He is extremely reliable, very responsive to address issues and/or questions and doesn’t shy away from work. Bottom line - he gets the job done right.

If you need any type of work done, this is the place to call. We had damage done to our roof from a storm and luckily I had seen a post on Facebook recommending this company. The owner, Scott, came out that afternoon and discovered a hole in my roof and some other damage from the storm. He did a quick repair to keep further damage from occurring until my insurance company could survey the roof. The insurance adjuster determined that the entire roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. Scott was fast to get everything set up with his roofing people and as soon as the weather allowed, they were here and the entire job was completed in one day. Scott was on site the entire day to make sure all the work was correct and that we were satisfied. Scott was super and I highly recommend him. He will make sure that the job is done right.

Scott and his family were great to work with, and he had good recommendations for work outside of his specialties.
It was an added bonus to me that he was able to involve his older boys for training and some of the easier tasks. The quality of his parenting added trust for his quality of roofing which we did see in his end product.
