My experience with Brandywine Exteriors was exceptional. From my first meeting with TJ, who walked me through the entire process, thoroughly explaining everything. He was easy to work with; extremely responsive, professional and had a great personality! Any issues with the insurance company, he handled right away or advised me how to proceed to get responses and he was spot on every time! I worked with Megan at their home office. She was wonderful. She kept in touch, arranged the scheduling and if I had any questions or concerns, she handled them immediately.
The crew that installed the new roofing, arrived early and finished before 5:30pm the same day! They worked diligently throughout the day. Once they completed the install, they cleaned up all around the house and placed items back where they were originally located. I was impressed with the install and with their service. I love my new roof and I'm glad I decided to respond to the solicitation the day they knocked on my door. I would highly recommend Brandywine Exteriors for your home improvement needs!

I have been working with Brandywine Exteriors the past several months while getting siding/roofing/windows replaced due to storm damage. They were amazing with helping navigate the insurance process and explaining the outline of events. Their workers have done an amazing job on the windows - the interior trim and window sills installed are beautiful. They have two layers of siding to pull down and the team has been working sun up to sun down to get it competed. The siding is going up now and they done a great job communicating about any broken pieces of wood and were able to remove old wires and still some new recessed boxes for me in the new siding so I can install future outlets. Overall the work has been great and the teams they have for the different jobs have been great and hard working. Definitely recommend!

Used Brandywine a few years ago to do our roof. Very professional. Needed them recently to come out and inspect roof for our house insurance approval. Crew came out with no charge, and even did some light caulking on window frame issue they saw (that was not their responsibility). Class act!!

Dealing with Brandywine Exteriors was a very easy process. TJ was so caring, helpful and informative and when I had more questions Megan was friendly, efficient and supportive and both of them took time to talk with me. He was very friendly and understand our need and helped us to get the siding done to our need. The contractors who came for installation also know what they are doing and did very. neat job. I just had my roof replaced by Brandywine Exteriors, I worked with TJ their representative and he made this experience pain free, was professional in every way, their crew was in and out in one day, left no debris and cleaned up even the smallest pieces of roofing debris, these guys were amazing.

My experience with Brandywine Exteriors has been 5 Stars since the moment I called! Megan was extremely helpful scheduling my roof installation, answering all my questions, and provided tremendous support with the paperwork needed for the insurance company. TJ was paramount in providing an explanation of the roofing process, assessing storm damage, and was with me from start to finish. On the morning of installation, 6 roofing technicians showed up and were immediately working together to repair my damaged roof. They covered the house, moved what needed to be moved, and did not stop until the job was done. From 7:30am-5:30pm they worked diligently and thoughtfully, I felt like my home and time were well respected. They cleaned up very well after the installation, every stray nail and shingle. An entire roof in one day - my neighbors were also impressed! If you are on the fence about your roof needing replacement or concerned about storm damage I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Brandywine Exteriors totally transformed our house. They did our siding and roof and it looks INCREDIBLE!!! They even helped save some money as our house was damaged by a hail storm and the aluminum siding was dented. They did all the work and Mark made it so easy. I wish I would have known about them months ago! The customer service is great. They are so responsive and get right back to you 24/7.

Who could have guessed that a knock at the door one evening was such a blessing. We didn’t know that we had hail damage to our 20 year old roof and a new one wasn’t in the immediate plan.

Brandywine Exteriors was a top professional company. Jordan was our sales rep who was easy to work with and professional. TJ was personable, efficient, and worked with us and our insurance company. The workers are hard working and worked like a well oiled machine, from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Their cleanup was unbelievable since they had to tear off old roofing first and replaced pieces of wood roof before applying the new one. We love the new color of the roof and would recommend Brandywine Exterior for your job.

From the start of project TJ was great on working us through the roofing and siding details. Mark and his crews were responsive and did a great job in securing materials and making additions along the way. The end product was a really nice upgrade for the house and the neighbors loved it too! They know their craft, adding protection and value to your property. Megan runs the office well and coordinates with the crews to make sure the details are handled properly. Job well done.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Brandywine! From their representative to the evaluation to them working with my insurance and the roof replacement, everything was completely efficiently and effectively in the exact time frame I was hoping for (actually less)!!! These guys did my parents roof last summer. 5 star recommendation for cost, time and quality. Saved my dad from going up there every rain storm to patch leaks.

Do not trust this company for a roof installation. The previous owner had them install a “50 year warranty roof”. When we purchased the property there was still 46 years left on the warranty. We discovered a leak over one of the windows that ruined a bedroom ceiling. Brandywine would not honor the “workmanship” warranty & would not even come out to fix the problem. Now we have another leak over a different window & another ruined bedroom ceiling. Buyer beware

Recent experience with Brandywine Exteriors was bad and I Can’t recommend BE as a roofing or window company. Our contract was signed Apr 2, 2021 for several windows and a replacement glass door to our deck. Communication about status was sparse and only by e-mail. Cody tried to get involved and get the project back on track, but windows would not be available to install until late January 2022 and door had not been ordered or lost / broken so had to be reordered. Years ago, we used BE to replace our roof and a bunch of windows and were extremely pleased with that process and result. These are two entirely different companies... I hope BE can get back to prior capability and past the “supply chain” performance issues.

I used this company only because my insurance company was too cheap to actually come through with their side of the deal so in comes Brandywine Roofing when they finally came out to the house the guy was very nice and went over everything and then we scheduled the date in which they didn’t show up until about a month later. Very frustrated to say the least so the job was finished in about a day because I only needed the front of my roof done. Now since we’ve had strong winds and tornadoes and storms this past summer I am now still getting water leakage from the ceiling of my upstairs bathroom. I have called Brandywine a couple of times and they have not responded back. I wouldn’t use them again.

In the fall the team replaces our roof and did a great job, very pleased... then we had storm damage that blew off 3 areas of fascia. We called and they set up a time to come and then did not show up. After multiple calls finally someone came out. After the tornado we had damage that was extensive they set up a time to come and then never showed up AGAIN. Calls made and they finally came Pedro was amazing explained the issues and was so wonderful we would have hired him on the spot. He took information back so we could get an estimate... 10 plus days later no estimate multiple calls and we are told he’s working on it. We have someone else coming to estimate now even though we loved Pedro... do not use them or you will be frustrated .

Brandywine Exteriors made getting a roof a much easier process than i thought it would be. Cody Clymer explained the whole process, answered any questions we had, and even in the final inspection with his drone showed my 3 and 6 year old grandkids how it flew. Cody was easy to talk to and not like a pressuring salesperson, a total professional who was just a nice guy.
The installation crew were amazing, they put half the roof on the day before Hurricane Isaias hit, and the other half the day after, They sealed it up the end of the first and not a drop during the hurricane. They were great workers, polite, and cleaned up. All in all thaey did a super job and the roof looks great.
I would not hesitate using Brandywine Exteriors, and would recommend them to anyone else.

Great work. Josh explained the whole process. from beginning to end, and the work was done professionally and quickly. They replaced rotted wood (our roof was the original from when home was built 25 years ago) and while Brandywine was not the cheapest quote we received, we went with them based on our comfort that they would stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

Had a new roof put on. They did a great job, started and finished on time and everything was cleaned up at the end as if they never were there. Competitively priced, not the least expensive option but a good balance of cost, reputation and warranty.

Our gutters were cleaned and fixes to the roof left by sloppy workmanship of the roofer were done efficiently, diligently, pleasantly, and at a reasonable cost. The work was done well without fuss and Kyle was professional.

Brandywine Exteriors did a great job on the work at our home. We had gutters rehung, added gutter guards, roof maintenance and shutters. Kyle was excellent from the moment we met him for the estimate to the final day of the project. Christine was great to communicate with in setting up the project and finalizing the install dates. Kyle takes pride in the work he does and ensures that everything is done with the highest quality. A job well done!! We would use them again for the next exterior project.

Brandywine Exteriors was wonderful to work with. They were able to provide us with a thorough estimate and get us on the schedule in two weeks time to address our roof issues. They were incredibly reasonable and provided a high quality product installed by a professional team that worked lightning fast. We had three layers of roof that needed removing and replacing, and they were able to complete everything in 1.5 days. And we haven’t found one nail or shingle piece in our yard. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, our experience with Brandywine Exteriors was very positive. Working with Josh, Kyle and Christine was a stress-free experience. Josh is a great project-manager. He came by the house at least 5 times to check on the job. He was even hustling around at the end of the day helping the crew clean up before it got too dark outside. I can't say enough about the crew that worked on our home. They were very diligent and conscientious. Replacing a roof is a very messy job, but they did such a great job cleaning up that you wouldn't even know they were there, except for the beautiful roof on the garage and the house. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. We will not hesitate to use Brandywine Exteriors in the future.

I would very highly recommend Brandywine Exteriors for your next roofing or siding job. Josh, the owner, is one of the nicest, hardest working and most honest guys you will meet. His work and product comes backed by the best warranty out there (backed by the manufacturer because IT recognizes how good B.E. Is) without paying extra for it (many companies make you pay thousands for a warranty and even more if you want to transfer it to a future owner!!!!)

Josh’s work crew is incredibly hard working, friendly and conscientious. I think we had every crew on site at one point or another - roof, flat roof, windows, siding and the sub that provides the gutters to the B.E. Guys to install. ALL of them were great.

They were respectful of our property and did a phenomenal job cleaning up. Everyone had warned me we would be finding tons of nails in the garden beds. I have a dog that runs free and I was worried sick. I’m also a huge gardener. I’ve been in those gardens continuously and around the house digging, raking and weeding and I have not found a single nail! Well done clean-up crew!

We had a great experience with Brandywine Exteriors. After a storm, we had an issue with our roof and quickly were scheduled an appointment by Christine and then had the problem fixed the same day as our appointment by Kyle. They were both friendly and great to work with. We have recommended Brandywine Exteriors to other friends since and would use them again!

I had all my windows and doors installed by Brandywine a few years ago. I was given a great price in comparison to some other estimates I received.

I had the same experience this time around getting a new roof, and a storm door installed. They also hung three sets of shutters I'd purchased elsewhere as a favor. I must say also that having the lifetime warranty on everything your guys install is very comforting.

Great experience from start to finish! Sean came out and discussed the job thoroughly and clearly; the work team was prompt and professional, performed quality work, and cleaned up everything from the workspace at the end of the job. We are very happy with the finished result!

I would not recommend entering into a contract with this contractor. I recently tried to cancel my contract with them and was refused without paying 25% of the contract amount. Since this was for a roof and the contractor had not done any work or spent any material funds, I found this to be unfair. The salesman that originally wrote this contract verbally told me I could cancel right up to the day of install. The owner now tells me that sales person no longer works for him. Now I am receiving threats of litigation.

I selected Brandywine Exteriors after getting 4 other quotes from other companies in the area. They came out and walked my wife and I through the process from start to finish and what to expect along the way. I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication. They clearly take pride in what they do and are very good at making sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

Brandywine Exteriors initially installed new windows in my home last year. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again to complete a new roof and new siding this past summer (2015). They did a great job of communicating through the entire job and were even very careful to my wife's delicate plants around the yard.
