I had a great experience with Brady roofing and would recommend them for any small/mid-size commercial roof project. Our roof measured approx. 45' x 60' and they did the job promptly and without any issues. I interfaced with their sales person, James, and he came out quickly (within a few days), gave me a bid quickly and worked with me to fine-tune some of the features I wanted. After accepting the bid, they got on the job within 1 week. Not sure if that is their standard response time or not, but I was blown away (most other roofing companies put me off for a month or more before starting). Their crew was capable and hard working. They finished the entire job in about 4 days (tear off to finish) and cleaned up the area well. I will be using them again for other commercial roofing projects I have in the future.

Ben was really helpful right from the beginning, and presented several options to solve the problem. They ended up re-roofing 75% of the house and detached garage. I had work done by someone else in 2017, and Brady roofing did a far superior job. The color was great, the uniformity of the shingles and clean lines is noticeable!! They removed old shingles; they were careful of sprinkling system and other limitations in the yard. They were great to work with: Ben spent a lot of time explaining the process and making sure we got as many of the nails up as possible to keep the yard safe. Ben sometimes called late in the evening to give updates on schedule and scope. They all work really hard, which is notable in this time when everyone has too much work and not enough employees. These guys are solid! I got two other quotes and really felt best about Brady Roofing.

Brady Roofing installed the roof on my new home over 27 years ago. It was great work then and honestly, we have never had a single problem with any aspect of the roof in spite of strong winds, rain, snow, ice and hail over the years. Recently I requested Dymon Brady come back and do a reroof. Super job again!! He clearly explained options and recommendations. I trust him so I chose the best product shingles. They communicated clearly with me everyday about the ongoing work. Also installed a new style roof vent system. Tearing off a roof is messy, yet they cleaned up everyday. Wonderful! The workers were very pleasant and courteous throughout the project. They also installed a new skylight in a dark mud room. My wife loves it! Brady Roofing is the best! These guys really went above and beyond to help me. I called them out for a roof repair and it was discovered that I had major water damage (that I did not realize) not only to my roof but the insulation and drywall as well. They were very professional and showed me all of the issues and helped me every step of the way to discover what was causing my problem and gave me referrals to other very efficient and reasonably priced contractors to get everything that was out of their line of work repaired. Everyone they referred was excellent as well. They spent countless hours on the phone with me and numerous visits to my home until they were sure that everything would be done right. They were not only concerned about doing a good job but also making it as affordable as possible. I would highly recommend them anyone needing roofing services.

I had significant damage to both my home's roof and that of my detached garage from September's wind storm. I was fortunate to use Brady roofing for the project. Ben supervised the project, provided the bid and kept me informed of any updates and changes. The work was excellent and the job site was kept very tidy. I also feel that the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommended this company.

I just had Brady Roofing replace my garage roof after our September wind storm and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They had a cancellation and showed up a week earlier than planned too. Brady Roofing replaced the roof on my home eight years ago, and that roof didn't have any damage from the wind storm. The quality of work done with Brady Roofing was beyond expectations. Our roof had dead spots and rot and three layers of old. They cleared the old, changed out the wood, put in material that would take care of the dead spots and made sure everything was cleaned up. Their price was half of what my neighbors paid. They communicated every step with us and were super professional. You won’t get a better service than Brady Roofing!

Honest and Quick - After years of dealing with leaking from the cheap plastic vents the builder put in our home we finally sprung one leak too many. Brady roofing was out in one day and replaced them all for a very reasonable price. They didn't try to up-sale me or suggest I needed more than I needed. In fact they inspected the rest of the roof and gave it a clean bill of health. I wish I called them sooner.

I have been involved with Brady Roofing on a number of projects. One very large (6 buildings requiring AC, gas line, antennae, and electric service removal and replacement) and a number of smaller projects. Always great advise and excellent craftsmanship. Brady Roofing did a wonderful job on a roof repair that took all day and was in an absolutely painful place. They stripped off old shingles, replaced substrate, added ice and water shield and put in the proper flashing which caused the problem to begin with. They were honest and dependable. I highly recommend Brady Roofing in Salt Lake.

Amazing people !! I was desperate after winter wind took out several rows of asphalt shingles on my Park City home and this was the only company that responded, went to my house while I was away on business, and sent me the surprise picture of the roof completely repaired 4 hours after I called !! And they hardly charged me at all. I didn't think there were people left in the world that treated customers this way. I will always use these guys... you should, too !!

Mike Brady is great to work with. He is very concerned about the quality of work and customer satisfaction. I like to tie things up and get the bill paid but Mike would not accept payment until everything was done 100%. The roof looks great and I can now sleep when the wind blows. I highly recommend Brady Roofing to anyone needing a repair or new roof.

Selu was the man that came out to talk to me. He was on time, very professional, and very courteous, with me. He went on the roof and he was up there for awhile and when he came down, we went in the house, and he showed me photos of my roof. He knew exactly what caused my problems and he stressed each of the items that were wrong with my roof. I fully appreciated that he talked in words, that I would clearly understand and he showed me on the photos also. Whatever he promised to further send me, he did.

I felt their price was a fair one for me to compare with the other two bids. All in all, I was very impressed with his presentation and his confidence in his crew to do a good job for me.

Selu came on March 28. I contracted with Brady Roofing on April 10. We set up to do my roof on May 10. He said it would take 2 to 2/12 days from start to finish. They finished in two days. They put in a very long first day.

I had a misunderstanding with one of the workers on the job which led to the owner, Dymon Brady, coming over the next morning, to discuss my concerns. The misunderstanding was totally my fault, not theirs. Dymon also cleared up a point in the contract with my nephew. He indicated to me and thanked me, for bringing up my concerns and that they would be helpful to him and his crew for future jobs. He was very sincere!

During the first day - a worker had one foot fall through the roof and into my hall ceiling. Also, I noticed a couple of things with my gutters that needed their attention. Dymon Brady assured me, both these would be repaired by them and he kept his word! He stayed in contact during the day and afterwards, to be sure I was happy with the repairs and the roof too.

I cannot say enough about Brady Roofing! They were wonderful and I so appreciate that the owner came by to personally assure me and he corrected the misunderstandings beautifully!! He proved to me, he and his company are very honest and their first priority is a happy customer! He went above and beyond his call of duty and I can’t praise him or his company enough.
