We cannot thank BTB and their team enough for their responsiveness and timely work on a job we had going. With every wrench thrown in their way (our doing) they were ready with a quick response and solution! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a quick turn around time!
They were prompt in getting back to me. Very kind when talking to me and my roof looks wonderful. Highly recommend them.
These pictures are from inside my house after Border to Border installed a new roof after a hailstorm several years ago. The first time it rained the roof started leaking it had not leaked before Border to Border installed the new roof ; they created the leak. I immediately called them and they sent someone out to fix it but he failed to do so. Of course we had to wait for the next rain to find out if it was fixed. So over the next few years we called and called and they sent people out but never succeeded it fixing the leak. Eventually they stopped taking our calls. We had the plastic container under the leak for years. Then there was another hail storm. My house wasn’t (further) damaged but a house two doors away that i owned and rented was. The same salesman came to me looking for more work. I took him upstairs to show him the quality of his companies work and I made a deal with him that if he finally fixed the leak in my house I would give him the job on my other house. He agreed. They sent a couple of workers out one of them got out on the roof with a hose while the other looked inside for the leak which the finally found. They came back with some sort of spray that they thought would fix the leak but it didn’t. I gave up on Border to Border and spent $5000 with another company replacing the whole section of the roof. I sent Border to Border a very nice letter with a copy of the bill asking them if they wanted to stand behind their work. They never responded. I sued in small claims court but the statute of limitations had run out. They had succeeded in running out the clock. After the next hailstorm they won’t be getting any work from me. The roof didn’t leak until they showed up and they wouldn’t fix it.
