Fantastic Experience, Excellent Work!! After calling several companies in the area to get an estimate for my falling gutters and leaving messages, I received a call back from Mr. Boone. I had called his office 1 day prior and he was returning my call and available to inspect my gutters the same day. He actually went up on the latter to look at the gutters, when previous companies, some of them never even came out but just left an estimate in my mailbox. Mr. Boone took photos of the gutters and explained what the issues were and provided a more than fair estimate to replace all and add an additional gutter. I accepted his estimate that Friday and they were out that next Wednesday Morning to do the work. I am so happy I didn't settle for those other companies. Boone's Roofing is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family. Thank you Mr. Boone and Boone's Roofing Crew for the Amazing Repair!!

Mr. Boone has been a blessing! After having a roof leak, I called Mr. Boone's company along with other companies to determine the cause. I made up my mind that I would narrow down my companies to perform the repair based on their honesty as I was somewhat aware of what the problem was. Out of all the companies who gave me estimates and solutions, Mr. Boone fulfilled my expectation whereas the other companies wanted to immediately quote me for a new roof without identifying the source of the leak or they were overpriced. Mr. Boone's level of knowledge, communication and performance was very much appreciated! He reassured me that he knew exactly what the cause was and gave the specifics on how to repair it. His work has been tested with all of the current heavy storms in MD and I am happy to say that the roofing repair performed has been quite effective! No more leaks thanks to Mr. Boone!

After calling I was informed someone would get back with me soon. Several hours later Mr. Boone was at my home giving me an estimate and procedures they would do to install my roof. They told me they would be at my home Friday at 630am. Friday at 6:28 they were pulling in my driveway. Very impressed with Mr. Boone, his brother and their two helpers. Extremely professional, had other roofing companies in the past none come close. Very pleased. If I need roofing replacement in the future they will be my only call.

Mr. Boone and crew completed our roof. Price estimates were in line with others in the area, but Boone's attention to areas of our home and property went enough beyond other companies that it was clear he would be our choice. He immediately recognized sizing issues of gutters, downspouts, and drainage issues that no one else paid mind to, brought up, or suggested methods to address. He also caught ventilation issues and fixed those in his quote.

His crew (and Mr. Boone) completed the work in 2 days, focusing on gutters in one, and roof itself the next. He said 7 AM, and he meant 7 AM on the dot! I see no debris left-behind, and the roof and gutters look very clean. New vents installed appear very clean, and new downspouts are hooked into the gutter system in a very logical and streamlined way.

Another big plus of working with Boone's was that there was not a lot of talk of "incidentals" in his contract. Our number was our number.

One spot I had a concern about (water damaged soffit that wasn't replaced), he's handling as soon as possible. I do completely trust he's going to come take care of that soon.

Roofing is an understandably expensive, but very necessary, home improvement. Mr. Boone and company made it easy, understandable, and allowed me to have full confidence in his experience and expertise in this field that is wayyyyy out of my range. I'm grateful to Boone's and would recommend and gladly work with them in the future.

Should be called one story only Boone's roofing. I would definitely not recommend this company. Older gentlemen complained about his back and the injuries he has had over years before doing anything. Refused to check from the attic due to his fear of the two story home. Walked off the job abruptly and completely wasted our time by coming out. This company is very unprofessional and I'm still waiting for management to contact me as I was assured.
