The project is now completed, and I could not be happier. Working with Bonfe was nothing short of fabulous. They do what they say they are going to do. Sounds like a minor thing but having worked with other contractors and construction companies I know how unique it is. When I did have an issue, communication was immediate and handled swiftly. Even more, was how pleasant everyone at the company was. Not pushy and always considerate of my perspective. Everyone seemed to be most concerned that I was happy. I have received compliments from my neighbors, and I am proud to tell everyone that Bonfe did the work. Can I just say, wow!

We had our roof replaced on our house and garage due to storm damage. While removing the shingles, they discovered that some of the roof decking also needed to be replaced. So, they replaced it and were able to get the insurance company to pay for the additional repairs.
It took several months to get final approval, and the final bill wasn't due until the funds were released. I was pleased with their work and they made sure the job was done right. I would recommend Bonfe Exteriors.

We had the most incredible experience with Bonfe Exteriors. We were literally out of the country when our son was mowing the lawn and a rock flew and shattered a huge window. Bonfe Exteriors came and not only sealed the window for safety purposes but measured it and ordered the replacement. The installation went so smooth! It's like it never broke. Such an incredible experience to have trustworthy, dependable and excellent work done on our home! Will absolutely be using Bonfe Exteriors on ALL future projects!

Bonfe exteriors did a great job with my house. Every step of the way they guided me and helped me with what I needed to do. They really show they care and my roof, siding, and door was all fixed up from them due to the damage I had received during a bad hail storm.

Bonfe was excellent. I had multiple bids on my roof job. One guy (Not Joe) saw what insurance offered and said he could do the job, end of discussion. Joe, took what was offered and was my advocate for what the insurance company overlooked and tried to get out of paying. Through his resources and expertise, he was able get my claim to include gutters and over 10x what they were initially offering me in windows.

Kristina was the aesthic expert and was able to show my wife and I what our house would look like and then delivered. Thanks Team Bonfe!

The roof crew was so fast, clean and respectful of our animals. All around a good experience and we love the new color of our roofing for both house and garage.

Seems like a good company with good people, but it's been highly frustrating trying to communicate with them about my roof replacement. Lots of unreturned messages with my sales rep and poor communication regarding scheduling, etc. My yard is still littered with garbage from the roof replacement a week ago and no one has bothered to clean it up despite me reaching out repeatedly to them. On the plus side the crew that replaced my flat roof stayed late on multiple days to get it done in a timely manner.

I have enjoyed working with Bonfe. They have been great at communicating and very flexible to meet my needs as a busy working mom. I have appreciated their professional support

We had Bonfe Exteriors out for an inspection of our roof after a hail storm and I was so thankful for their service and help. They were extremely personable and honest about the process and timely!

Despite a sign on my door that explicitly says "We do not want you to inspect our roof, go away," the doorbell rang anyway with someone from Bonfe telling me that even though he saw my sign and chose to ignore it, he worked with a neighbor with the same roof as mine. I cannot comment on the quality of service or workmanship but people who continue to ring my doorbell despite a sign clearly targeting them is ridiculous and pretty hard up for work, in my opinion. You will NEVER get my business.

Bonfe isn't lying when they say they can make your insurance company own up to its responsibilities. The drone imagery that David from Bonfe captured showed significant damage, but we couldn’t wait for our insurance company anymore. They'd denied us multiple times and wouldn't give us another look. We went ahead and replaced the roof on our own because it was so bad. But we submitted the report from Bonfe anyway (which was done as a "just in case" the day before we had our new roof put on) and our insurance company actually changed course. They reimbursed us for what we paid out of pocket for the roof (even without sending another of their own inspectors out). These guys were professional, responsive, and thorough from start to finish.

I’ve worked with both Joe and his father for years and these guys are awesome to work with. As a contractor I hesitate to recommend other companies because it reflects on us. I own a tree service and we work very closely together. When a tree falls on a house during a storm, these are the ONLY roofers I recommend. Love the new gutters! They keep our porch and deck clear of all the rain and puddles after a bad storm! We used to have really bad icing problems right by our front and back doors, and I was always afraid of someone slipping and hurting themselves. Our new gutters have made our home so much safer!
