Buy dewalt hand tools at the canton store because they are supposed to be "hassle free replacement." Or so the sign says, ever single time I go and try to warranty a tool it is the biggest hassle and inconvenience. Do your job give me my tool easy as that.

Mr. Jerry Lottman at the Canton S.D. store was extremely helpful when I went to buy a Gorilla garden cart on 5/16/2024. While helping me, he cut his hand which began to bleed profusely. He was undeterred, completed the sale with a generous discount, and helped load the cart in my car. The lady employee in the green house also helped him and me. I did not learn her name. He was back at work today, 5/17/2024 and did not go for medical attention yesterday. He needs commendation for his dedication to his job and the store. They are both excellent employees.:o)

Went in to see if they had sheet metal, asked the large bearded man working there and got a snappy response. No sheet metal, no big deal just not great customer service, responded with “Nope” and walked away. Bought some gloves and checked out with a very nice older lady, wish I would have asked her about the sheet metal and not the guy, would have been more pleasant.

Definitely recommend bomgaars all the people are really nice very helpful they have a ton of stuff you typically don’t find in a small town it’s definitely the place to go if the local store doesn’t have it. Surprisingly they normally have ammo as well to which is something you really don’t find nowadays in many of the big box stores. Definitely check what they have on sale they normally have some really good deals as well.

Always Great Service. With knowledgeable employees. Any questions to where something's at Its quickly answered and even shown where they are. Always Love their Garden Plant selection for getting the garden going in spring and early summer. Annual and perennial plants available.

We bought a smoker here. It has never worked-we get an error light. The manager said she would make it right and she did. She arranged for a new smoker to be delivered to our home. Great manager!

The attention and help you receive when you are shopping is top notch. The knowledge of the merchandise is great. If they don't have what you're looking for they tell you and suggest similar item. They are the best!
