Bold Brothers Roofing has done a excellent job for me. I called, Kyle showed up immediately and explained the process answering all my questions. They were on time, finished in two days and cleaned up immediately. I recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or roofing repair.

They came out to check the roof on our house. They were the first company who did the roof inspection. We were looking to get our roof certified. They said the roof is so bad that not only they can't certify it but it needed a full replacement. They quoted us 25000$ for the new roof and we were shocked. The next day we scheduled 5 different roofing companies to come over for the inspection. All 5 said that the roof is good and they can provide just the certification that cost 150$. All 5 companies were in the price range of 12000$-14000$ for the new roof.
This company is misleading clients. This company is lying about certification and claiming that your roof is bad when it's not. Stay away!!!! Get more opinions about your roof condition and pricing from other guys!!!

This is not the case of a mistaken identity like they are saying. We have all the proofs and invoices and photos of our roof from them. They are probably good to work with through insurance company but they are horrible and rip off when you pay out of pocket.

I wouldn't spent my time faking a review. And even talking to you. Just consider this for the next time when you work with customer who is paying out of pocket. It's easy to to work with insurance a get more money from them.

Kyle was an awesome project manager. Kyle walked me through the whole process and met with the adjuster when he came to inspect the roof. Kyle stayed in constant contact with me, updating me continually on next steps. . Kyle also stayed at the house the entire day they were replacing the roof. His knowledge, expertise and Bold Brothers’ insurance claim software made the process so much easier. Jake also worked with the solar contractor so that our panels could be removed and re-installed. My insurance agent said there were about 40,000 roof claims in the metro area after last summer’s storms, but Jake treated us like we were his only customer. Also, during our roof replacement, one of our real estate clients needed a new roof. They coordinated and streamlined the 3-party conversation and paperwork among our homeowners' insurance provider, us (the homeowners), and themselves and did an excellent job on our roof/gutter/downspout replacement. An outstanding experience start to finish. Project Manager, Jake Seibold, was ever present. I had them replace my roof in 2018.....did a nice job. Professional, made some recommendations, worked out fine. Latest hail storm July 2023 came back out...inspected....recommended not replacing. They could have tried to scam me and suggest a re-roof to get some business. Was upfront. Also corraborated what another roofer had suggested a week earlier so I knew they were being honest. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

My place is less than 5 years old and had some dripping water coming inside from the peak of a roof. It had stopped dripping a few hours later but I needed to find out where the water was getting in.

I called Scott and he came by in <24hrs. He arrived on time and diagnosed a likely ice damming situation. Advised us to watch for more leaking as the temps climb and call him back if it does.

Let me start by saying I can recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations!
We became aware of roof problems after some drywall on our ceiling fell off. We contacted our insurance company who sent a contractor to evaluate the roof. The roof was damaged, but the insurance company claimed it was old damage and thus would not cover it. We had an insurance claim on the roof in 2017 after a storm in which probably 80% of the house in our neighborhood got new roofs, but insurance said we didn't need a new roof and only paid for a few siding and screen damages. We contacted Bold Brothers and Jake Siebold came out to take a look. He agreed there was old damage, but thought it could have occurred in 2017. He advised us on strategy for dealing with the insurance company. We appealed to the insurance company, and they sent a another contractor (a "forensic engineer") who inspected the roof and agreed that the damage was old. After addition appeals to the insurance, they agreed to re-open our 2017 claim and buy us a new roof. Throughout this process, Jake was tremendously supportive and held our hands throughout this whole process, kept in close touch and also dealt with the insurance company. Once we had the go ahead from insurance, Bold Brothers was able to quickly schedule the job and completed the roof replacement in 1 day (excepts for gutters, which occurred a few days later). We also received a few new attic vents and soffit vents. The crew cleaned up after themselves very throughly. Jake followed up with inspections and personal contact. The new roof looks great and the work was well done.
I have no doubt that without Jake and Bold Brother's effort we would not have succeeded in getting the insurance company to honor our claim. I recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations - a rarity for me!

Several of our neighbors have had their roofs repaired using Bold Brothers. We decided that we should have our roof inspected and called Bold Brothers. Jake arrived on time, inspected our roof and told us that we had 'the best roof he had seen in our neighborhood'. Nothing needed to be done. But he did go back up and caulk some nails at no charge. In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. After the two 85+ mph windstorms in late December, several of my neighbors reported wind damage. Jake and his crew from Bold Brothers came out and did a thorough inspection. They told me we did not need to file an insurance claim, and that our roof was in good shape. In fact - they glued down a couple shingles as a bonus.

Bold Bros is awesome! Brian Danna came to my house the same day I called. I had a tough situation where I needed to have some very old panels removed from my roof before the new roof was installed. Every other company I called told me they didn't remove panels. Brian and his team were not scared at all! They estimated 3 days for removal and install, they did it in 2! He was very professional and even helped me decide between different colors of flashing and different styles of shingles. They replaced some of the ugly vents on my roof and painted them all to match. After the install was complete, Brian came back two more times with a magnet and swept my yard for nails. Some of my gutters got scratched up from ladders and he even helped me paint them. I went with a 50 year shingle so ill never need a new roof again but I am certainly calling these guys for my rental properties!

This last summer there were noticeable leaks in my roof. I ended up calling Jake to have him come out and look at the problem. In a matter of days his team coordinated with my insurance company to assess the damage. I had a vague understanding of how things would work with insurance. Jake articulated how Bold Brothers will handle every situation and in doing so he did a good job explaining the effectiveness of a new roof plus knew all the ins and outs of insurance companies. All in all I am pleased with the work because it was fast and efficiently done and it will save me problems down the road.

Recently, Bold Brothers Roofing replaced my roof and did other projects in restoring my home.

This was a unique project because of the roof configuration, and they researched the appropriate method to restore the roof. Additionally, there were other factors to consider including: no insulation in the roof (which they added), removal of swamp cooler (wasps included), reconfiguring the carport, adding additional lighting and the repair and replacement of gutters and fascia.

The whole process was managed by Jake Seibold, with additional support from the Bold Brothers team the final inspection prior to signing off on the completed project.

The crew was supervised daily and both Nick and Jake ensured that daily cleanup was completed prior to them leaving the site.

Bold Brothers Roofing is trustworthy, and it is without hesitation that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for roof replacement or repairs.

Nick and Scott are very responsive and provided us with comprehensive, detailed and accurate quotes that were honored to the letter. Bold Brothers Roofing is definitely a company I would recommend. This entire experience has been so amazing from start to finish. I spoke with Paola who is so professional and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and ease my concerns right over the phone. She set up an inspection with Scott who was on time, explained everything thoroughly and was able to figure out what was going on. There was a leak associated with my furnace jack that he fixed on the spot and provided before and after pictures of the work that he did which was professionally done. After having five roofing companies check my roof and provide estimates for a new one, I chose Bold Brothers for several reasons. Scott answered all my questions, provided the most detailed list of what was included in the estimate, showed samples of materials used and gave a very reasonable estimate. The Bold Brothers crew replaced my roof in a day. Nick was on site to address any questions or issues. The cleanup was extremely thorough and the roof passed inspection with zero issues. The new roof looks great. Communication was excellent throughout. I strongly recommend Bold Brothers.

My roof was replaced last October by Bold Brothers Roofing.
I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and courtesy. The production manager for my project, Devan Gallardo, was incredible. I have never been so impressed with someone who did exactly what they said they were going to do. He also was extremely fast returning my calls and or answering questions for me. Getting a new roof is very stressful (if you are in the house) and it was reassuring to know that the person in charge of my project was that great.
I found Bold Brothers Roofing through Home Advisors and that was a pleasant surprise. Home Advisors had several companies contact me and when I met Scott Seibold, one of the owners, I decided that I wanted to hire them. Bold Brothers is a local company and they had excellent reviews. My proposal was precisely in line with my insurance policy paperwork (hail damage) and changes were due to the accrual materials were made and handled with my insurance company directly. That was great! Another plus was that Scott’s wife, Sara, works in the office and she helped navigate the insurance paperwork questions that I had as well. She was a very nice person, too.
All in all, I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing 110% for your roof replacement and if you have Devan Gallardo as your production manager, you are in excellent hands.

Bold Brothers were fantastic! We met with 4-5 potential companies and really appreciated Bold Brothers’ expertise and communication with us and with our insurance company. Out of all of the companies we received quotes from, they were the only ones who recognized that our roofing materials were not assessed by insurance properly as the higher quality (hail-resistant, class 4) product they were, and this our insurance company was not covering that product for replacement. Even though this took longer and was more work on their part, Scott and his team made sure to follow up closely and we were very pleased with how they navigated this. And our roof and gutters ended up looking great and they did a wonderful job of cleanup.

Scott stopped by and and gave my roof a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I intend on using them for future work.

Jake Seibold of Bold Brother's Roofing managed the roofing project at my house. The experience was really hassle free on my side of it. He worked directly with my insurance company, came out with their adjuster, even completed the paperwork for our HOA. When the roofers came out to do the work, Jake stayed the entire time to ensure the job was done right. He even got on the roof and painted some of fascia with paint I had saved. Everything went exactly as we discussed, which seems to be a rarity these days. We highly recommend Bold Brother's and Jake.

Scott did an excellent job working with the insurance company going above and beyond for some extra detail that needed to be done. It was completed in a timely manner and looks awesome! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing did a great job on replacing my mother-in-laws roof. From the start, Jake did a great job inspecting the roof and letting me know he felt we had a valid insurance claim. Jake then came out when the insurance adjuster was doing his inspection and he pointed out areas to the adjuster. Even after the insurance claim was submitted, Jake worked to get supplemental claims processed so that gutters, fascia and window well covers were covered.

The actual roofing took 2 days as they had to add OSB sheeting to the roof to make it code compliant, which was another supplemental claim. Jake, as Project Manager, was on-site all day to make sure the job went smoothly. His brother Nick, the owner, also came during the installation and helped clear tree branches from around a shed roof - he should have received hazard pay due to all the wasps he encountered

I was impressed with the time that Bold Brothers Roofing and Jake took to make sure the job was done correctly, and I plan on using them when my roof needs replacing.

Jake's attention to detail and all the little things I would easily have missed clearly demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. Specifically, Jake was the embodiment of the companies "Core Values" with emphasis on the "work ethic" as Jake was asked to compile an estimate before the Insurance adjuster ever came to the house!
