What Fremont Motors couldnt figure out in 4 months it took the amazing Ruwarts Service team less than 8 hours! They listened to us and they communicated and when the computer didn't give them answers they went old school and were mechanics! Definitely my now go to RAM service department!

Sadly one of the worst experiences with a service department I’ve ever had. Although she was always nice to me, I was Forgotten multiple times to give any Call back as to the status of my vehicle by the service tech. What should have been a fairly simple fix of what I wanted done, my vehicle was sadly there for close to a month. Paid almost 900$ and they Didn’t seem to have cleaned or even vacuumed any portion of the vehicle. (Which they may not do, but I have always gotten that service at Ford for free with my oil changes). I do really enjoy some of the folks that work there, but felt completely uncared for and unheard from the service department manager, Ben. He never seemed to try to own up to the issues I had with the service and got a bit rude and stern with me when I voiced my concerns. He kept telling me that my vehicle was just old. I eventually “gave up” the hope that he may have any empathy for my concerns and sadly cannot suggest the service department to others, specifically because of my experience with him.

Bob Ruwart Motors made it so easy and pleasant to buy my new 2025 1500 Ram limited. Chelsea is an awesome salesperson and Dawn explained everything we needed to know about the transaction, these people truly care about their customers and take the time to make sure you have the best experience! We had a great experience buying our car at Bob Ruwart Motor. There was a small glitch with the car we bought, but Dawn, Quint and Ben took care of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. That's why we've been buying cars from them for many years.

Service department is able to get you in quick, however, this department is less than trust worthy and their customer service and attention to detail is pathetic. Had our GMC Sierra 3500 Dually truck serviced (oil change and tire rotation only) and on the way home to Douglas, Wyoming - the rear driver’s side tire FELL OFF while driving! When we put the spare on the truck, we had to re-tighten the lugs on ALL of the tires because they were loose! Two of the studs were broken off on the wheel that the tire fell off and we had to get the extra spare rim and tire in CASPER and then make a trip to South Dakota to replace the rims that were ruined. We then had the tires, studs and lugs replaced by a Casper shop after doing ALL of the leg work ourselves. Not only was this costly, but, their customer service did not even attempt to make this right. They asked for the receipts and then fought us on payment for THEIR oversight on a TIRE ROTATION which caused a loss of work for over 2 weeks because they couldn’t/wouldn’t order the parts OR service the truck themselves. Their accounting department and service department couldn’t be less empathetic, apologetic or accountable for their mistakes. This was seriously the worst service we’ve ever had on any car care. I wouldn’t give this place business if they were the ONLY place in Wyoming.

I don't know where to start with this dealership, especially the service department, Hayden was the service person for us.

My wife and I was headed to the North side of Yellowstone Park from Southeast Texas, with myself pulling an RV with my truck and my wife in her truck. We stopped for the night at the hotel a quarter mile from the dealership. Anyways, she was starting her truck, which has the 3.0 diesel, it would start then die. I replaced the fuel filter but that did not solve the issue.

I knew there was a recall on the fuel injector pump but could not get the dealerships around here to schedule a time to bring in the truck.

This all started on Sunday April 28 I spoke with the hotel manager about leaving the truck there until Monday to get it towed. I called the service department at the dealership and spoke with Hayden and the process began from there. He told me he could get it in on Thursday and check it out and do the recall hoping that would fix the issue.

On Friday May 3, Hayden calls me to tell me the issue has been resolved with replacing the fuel injector pump. Like I said, words cannot explain how a dealership would take care of a problem with a vehicle so quickly and an out-of-state vehicle at that.

Thank you so much Bob Ruwart service department, you made my wife happy again.

My vehicle developed a problem after being serviced at a different dealership. While trying to get them to help, I was met with a very condescending technician. He tried to blame the age and miles on the car for the issue and then me, denying it could have been accidentally caused during the job he had done, (It was exactly that, by the way). I left there almost in tears. I stopped at Bob Ruwart's service department. Sam was so kind and so helpful. It made all the difference in the world to me. She even helped me find a rental so I could make it to my great-grandson's 6th birthday party. I am pretty sure she stayed late just to help, which was way above and beyond her job. Please give them your business.

Quent and Matt went over and above to help me find the right vehicle at the best price. I was thrilled that there was no pressure, just good information. Dawn was also super helpful. She understood the distances in Wyoming and helped us get our title the same day!

Service was great! Angie was awesome and polite, she was patient and great at teaching as she seemed to be training someone that was new. Service techs were fast and got the job done that day with parts that other dealerships wait weeks/months for. Definitely my go to dealership for Service work.

Jeff in service went up and beyond. Jeff and his technicians willingness to explore all possibilities to find the root cause of the problem was appreciated and something that is not found in many repair facilities today. I had taken my truck to 2 other dealers for an issue with the DPF and neither location took the time to follow the troubleshooting trees to arrive at the true root cause of the problem. Bob Ruwart Motors should have pride in what their service department delivers. Great job by all that were involved in providing the top notch service delivered.

I haven't had the opportunity to deal with the sales department yet. But I just had my vehicle in to get it fixed after a horrible experience with another dealership that really screwed up our pickup. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician spent time thoroughly testing everything to get to the right diagnosis. He took the time to explain what was going on with the pickup and answered all of my questions. I spent around 30 hours and six appointments for the other dealership to screw up the pickup and 2 appointments and less than 3 hours here at Bob Ruwarts for them to fix it. I am beyond thankful for what they did and how I was treated! I would definitely recommend the service department here and am definitely bringing any of our vehicles here if we have any more problems!

First time ordering a vehicle. Process was simple and as soon as it arrived the crew had everything done quickly so I was able to take my Jeep home!

Our daughter's camper van broke down 70 miles away and Dodge roadside assistance wouldn't help even though it's less than a year old! The service department at this dealership helped me find her a tow company and advised they were booked until next Thursday but said they'd try to work her in since she'd be staying in a local hotel until it got fixed. Thankfully, they got the van in this morning and found the easy fix- a fuse! which had blown and made the whole van inoperable! So thanks to the great service department at Bob Ruwart Dodge she's back on the road. I just wish Dodge valued it's customers as much as this dealership does. Thank You!

Quint, Jacob, Bob, and Dawn, were amazing. We have been looking to purchase a vehicle for several months. 100% honest, and down to earth great people. Straight to the point. Don’t waste your time with big time dealerships.

So here’s the deal. Twice now, this dealership has helped me when no others could. Saturday 7/22/23 at 11:20 am I called Bob Ruwart looking to have an ignition key made due to my daughter being stranded in Colorado after losing her key to our Yukon. I had called two dealerships in Casper and 4 in Colorado and all were wanting to help but couldn’t due to either no key in stock or no access to pull codes. Preston from Bob Ruwart’s called me back at 11:30, 30 minutes before they closed and was willing to cut keys for me. Preston went above and beyond to help when the store was about to close and could have easily passed me off. Thank you Preston and to the dealership for twice, saving me. You have earned a future customer for my next vehicle purchase.

We were traveling to a funeral today and started having some issues. We pulling into Bob Ruwart Dodge and they were quick to help and fix the issue. They were extremely helpful! We were able to get back on the road and make it to our destination in time. We were blown away with their level of customer service.

I recently got a lift installed on my jeep. There was a mixup on the estimated time it would take to install it. The install took alot longer then I was quoted but I was not charged for any extra labor. The tech also stayed late and made sure I was happy with everything before we settled up. Great customer service on what could have been a bad situation.

Fantastic experience. The online updates from Jeep during the build kept us in the loop and added to the excitement. Working with Jacob was a pleasure. We will definitely be working with him again.

I was driving my truck about 500 miles away from home and my truck was towed to Bob Ruwarts. Upon arriving to the dealership I was assigned a service advisor Angie Snell. She was the best at communicating and understanding my situation.She got my truck fixed quickly and kept in contact with me the entire time. If she said she was going to do something she did it. I would drive 500 miles to purchase a vehicle from Bob Ruwarts. Very impressive team! Thank you

Took my o2 dodge truck in to have the wire to o2 sensor checked for a short and told them I replaced that o2 sensor twice and they still said I needed to buy a o2 sensor they didn’t do what I asked at all and when I asked for a guarantee that the sensor word work they told me to come get my truck I would not recommend them to anyone should have listened to everyone in Wheatland
